The location in Coral Gables was great for me because I was in just the right place in this area. The house was as indicated in the pictures and all the beds are clean & comfortable. The kitchen includes all items, and was OK. AC was OK and silent as well.

I was traveling with 6 heavy luggages, the side path to enter the back house is long and absolutely not smooth for suitcases with wheels. This was really hard for me... The area seems secure but a better and easier door security could be considered. No very intuitive to unlock the door... At the end, it works but with difficulties to find out the right process to use the PIN and unlock... by the way there's 2 doors. Too many mosquitos to stay in the garden.

the exterior of the property was very small/narrow. the fencing has sharp edges (two of us were cut by it when entering) access into the property is extremely awkward (gate must be opened for each person to enter at a time), parking very limited. kitchen was pretty well equipped except no oven equipment (cookie sheet, oven mitt).

Great stay! The host is available for all requests. The villa is very comfortable and clean. I recommend it!

Closer to the heart of the city yet affordable. Modern security system. Good complementary facilities. Good Jacuzzi.
