The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect place, plenty of room for a group of friends or family. Full kitchen , keureg machine. Comfortable beds, TV.

This condo is beautifully situated, looking out onto the trees and shrubs of Blue Mountain. When you step out onto the veranda, you can hear the flowing stream nearby. So soothing! Inside feels like a cosy cottage, even though it has all the mod cons. My legs got a good workout on the stairs that lead up to the master bedroom as well as on the outside stairs that lead up to this second floor condo. Personally, I liked getting the exercise. If stairs are an issue, then this condo wouldn’t be for you. Excellent quality bed upstairs. Didn’t try the one downstairs but likely equally as comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Choice of shower stall (upstairs) or tub (downstairs). I recommend this condo for a couple or family of four. Excellent for a couple, as you can lounge in the living room on the double bed there. The one issue I had was that the cleanliness was an issue in certain areas. I notified the host (Vacasa) and let them know. I was quickly contacted by a supervisor who dealt with my concerns. I must say, the host’s customer service is excellent.
