Las zonas comunes, era precioso y se veia bahia drake amaneciendo. Vimos varios animales por alli
La habitación no era muy acogedora y no tenia aire, solo un ventilador de techo que no era suficiente. No tenia agua caliente

The view is stunning, and with the hammocks you can sit and enjoy birds (toucans, parrots) coming and going. The place was clean and the facilities were good and easy to use. The kitchen is good and we were not disturbed by cars etc. There’s a really good restaurant nearby and a beach is accessible. Fernando was really kind and nice to us and provided us with a good breakfast while we were there. Kirani was really helpful with booking tours such as corcovado.

Kirani was very attentive and helpful, Fernando it’s a very friendly and considerate person. The accommodation it’s basic but our room was clean and well arranged, the shared kitchen facilities could improve but you can schedule your meals in advance with them or walk around 7 minutes to a restaurant that it’s close to the property. The view of the ocean it’s really good at day or night.
If you don’t have a car or motorbike you will need to walk a bit, the closest beach it’s around 15m away and the town 45m to 1h away. Another option it’s to reach out to Kirani to see if there are options to rent an ATV or book with Fernando transportation to the town. However, if you are just going to Corcovado they may usually pick you up close to the property.

The place has a beautiful view and it’s very close to the beach! There are two restaurants just down the road with sunset view and good food.
need mosquito nets on the windows so you have them open during the night. we did get a new fan at last that worked well

Nothing
Description of property misleading. Distances further than stated. Isolated location above noisy road. Not suitable unless have own transport. Long walk to private beach down steep hill. Kitchen needs upgrading. Bedroom poor quality with no mosquito screen at window, only glass and no air conditioning or mosquito net over bed so boiling hot at night. Host not on site. Needed taxi to get to town to buy food. Taxi was one hour coming.

Kirani was AMAZING. She is incredibly helpful and available to answer any of your questions, she will even help you reserve boat seats! We had a little misshap in our reservation, and Kirani went out of her way to book our night at the other closest hotel and get it for us at the same price as hers. The hotel rooms are clean and cozy, and the common space has an amazing view of the sunset. Fernando, the owner of the property, is very friendly and helpful as well.
The lighting in the common area for dinner could be a little better, hotel is a good ways from town (so just make sure you are okay with a long walk or taking a taxi!), fridge should be cleaned (my leftovers and my open fruit all went bad!)

Fernando and Kirani are amazing, they are managing the hostel and are giving their heart to it. They are able to do anything for you whatever you need. They cook breakfast, and dinner, they book tours, pick-up transfers, anything. You can rely on them at any time. View over the bay, hammocks, and garden in a remote place in Drake bay - something different. Very relaxed.
Different experience however for some people might be very far to walk to the main village - like 40 min. / Fernando is always happy to take you by car for some fee. So it is better to have an SUV there / not a regular car cause of the streets. Also, you can hear all that is going on in the next room.

Nice view, big room, quiet, out of town which was for us okay because we had our own transportation. It’s far to walk, so if you rely on public transport, it’s maybe not ideal.
There was confusion about our payment and extra costs that were or were not included. Because the owner was not on the premises, it was handled through the groundkeeper, which led to confusion and some irritation. Regardless of this bumpy start, we found common ground and they were very kind after.
Kitchen could use some upgrading (fridge not so cold, absent draining of sink where you do the dishes), and cleaning.
They acknowledged the fact that it’s a new hostel and there is stuff to work on, which we feel they are motivated to do so.

This place is just opened... Only 20 something days. The owners are very nice and help us in every way. The view is astonished.. Drake Bay so beautiful with the sunset... It is very simple but with an atmosphere wonderful.. We were family with all the guests... We really enjoyed our stay
They need to improve with the room need chair maybe a bench to put things and sit.. The rest lovely

The location is perfect. View over Drake bay and forest. Fernando who took care of the place was awesome. Very helpful and kind. We saw monkey 10 feet from us in the trees, hummingbird and other beautiful things. It's also in walking distance of a restaurant if you don't feel like cooking yourself
No mosquito net at the bed, the fridge wasn't really cold and the kitchen could use a little upgrade and some new equipment.
