Tequila Sunrise sleeps a MAX of 16 guests, (not including children under 2) with beds for 13 children/adults and 3 beds for only toddlers/young children. Spacious Home, in the private resort community of Sand Beach, on Lake Erie. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This cottage is a completely remodeled and updated ranch style home. The living room offers a large flat screen TV with digital television and live streaming, karaoke, and a large recliner couch with plenty of seating for relaxing. and enjoying the electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home cooked meals and socializing with a coffee station and seating for the whole family. A large deck is right off of the kitchen with outdoor seating and beautiful views of Lake Erie! The master bedroom has a King size bed with a full bath right across the hallway. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a triple twin size bunkbed (the bottom bunk is a trundle and is for toddler use only). The third bedroom has a bunkbed, which is a full over 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a toddler over toddler bunkbed (suitable for toddlers ages 2-4 only). 2 'pack 'n' play" bassinets are provided. All four bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. The full second bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Enjoy our game room with pinball and arcade games and the Breezeway offering a Tiki Bar, TV and Poker Table. Perfect for Family fun for all ages! Property is awesome. Lots of toys for both kids and adults to enjoy and a large yard with a fire pit. Owners were super responsive and even called to make sure check in went okay! The property is also just 5-10 minutes from the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge which is great for hiking and exploring. Only draw back is the power plant nearby (mostly just an eyesore) but all in all we would return here for sure!

We choose this home for our yearly lake house weekend getaway with our big family. It's very updated and beautiful and has everything you would want/need when you're away. A lot of things for the kids to do: bikes and a golf cart and arcade games. However, there were many many rules that made us feel nervous about messing anything up or we would be charged as it stated in the rules. On top of that, the check out process is quite a bit much to be out by 10am. Everything must be cleaned and stripped and put specific places and you need to broom sweep the whole house. We definitely could not relax the morning before leaving because of this list of specific instructions of things that need done in order to not be charged. We felt as though there needed to be a later checkout time to get all the things done and still have time to pack up your things. You also need to be very aware of the private property signs and any grumpy neighbors because it's very clear some don't want you there in their community. I will also say the owners are very nice and attentive and want to make sure you have anything you need. They were very apologetic about said grumpy neighbor. Otherwise, bring your bug spray....a lot of bug spray...and enjoy the beautiful house and lake.

We had a nice stay. The house was full of fun activities and ample toys, games, supplies, etc. We did not want for anything while staying at this house. The one negative that I will share is there was a stifling emphasis on the rules, to where we felt nervous at all times about potentially breaking a rule. And nearly every correspondence that I had about the house prior to arrival was in regards to the rules and the contract. I struggled with being contractually obligated to water flowers while on vacation, the rule we can’t leave clean dishes in the dishwasher at checkout, no markers in the home, every item must be returned to exactly where it was originally found, extensive fines for lost remotes and not taking garbage to the curb, etc. It was a little over the top for me and put us all on edge. Apart from that, the home is lovely and well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a very good area with friendly neighbors. Great access to the beach and a lot of available outdoor activities and a nice mix of things to do. Overall we were able to go to area attractions like Cedar Point and still be entertained on calmer days in and around the house to enjoy our time. Loved the Tiki bar room for entertaining after the kiddos went to bed at night. The house had a lot of great features for a two-family vacation stay.

The house was great for our group of families with kids. There are TONS of extras that you won't find in other rentals; the Arcade Games, Pinball, Bike Cart, and Golf Cart were all awesome. We used this as a base camp for day trips to East Harbor State Park and Cedar Point. The Blackstone griddle was great for preparing big meals.

The cottage is very modern and clean with all the amentities needed for a family. House has Alexa and Roku tvs everywhere for relax time. Any room you want music just ask Alexa! Streaming TV was simple too. Each day we enjoyed activities of yard games, arcade games, blackstone grilling, across the street beachtime, catch and release pond fishing, and a nearby park for young kids with basketball, slides, and stuff to climb. The golf cart makes it easy to travel around the community with ease. The community is very friendly with nice people waving/saying hello all day long. Owners and Maintenance team were amazing over a golf cart charging issue. I brought the golf cart issue up to owner 8pm first night and next day by 10am it was resolved. Owner answered every question I messaged within the hour. I would highly recommend cottage to all friends and family! We will be booking again for sure! Thank you Owners!
