This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund. ✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided. ✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. ✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. If you need to step out without them, kindly ensure they are safely caged until your return. Pet fees are $99 per pet if reported before check-in, and $200 per pet if observed on the property without prior declaration and payment. ✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
