Nice property, we really enjoyed the heated pool and used it a lot. Plenty of room in the house for our group. I asked about supplies for infants when I rented. I was told there was 1 pack and play and no high chair. We rented an additional pack and play and a high chair along with other items. When we got there 2 pack and plays were there and a high chair so we paid to rent things that were already there. I would say that having a better inventory of what is on property would be better and would have saved us money.

We arrived at the property and the AC did not work. Sent a few messages and never heard back until the next day. AC company had to make multiple visits to the home, which then told us that the owners have been told many times the return vent in the home is not an adequate size for the home. There were turbo fans in every room that led us to behave, they were aware the AC was not working very well. At one point we were told to be grateful if the home is able to be 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature (it was 100 degrees outside) we were uncomfortable at night because of how warm it was in the house .we were told portable air conditioners were being delivered , to our surprise someone dropped off dirty fans.. as if we didn’t already have enough fans which still didn’t cool the home well. Needless to say, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!! Not a good experience .

AC was not working 2 days with one of those being the last full day and night….it was miserable. I have asthma and coughed my head off all night. Had to fly home the next day with no sleep and a major headache.

The house was beautiful. Very close to the beach and lots of good restaurants in the area! Enjoyed our stay overall!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location that was close to everything. The house itself was amazing. The kitchen was fully loaded with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The pool was definitely a plus, it was nice to have at night after being on the beach all day. The only negative thing I have to say about the house is there was a bit of an ant problem. We couldn’t leave anything on the stove or the counters for more than 5 minutes or there were ants everywhere. Which was kind of inconvenient when we tried to cook dinner or breakfast. But overall, great vacation home and would rent again!
