The space Sleeping arrangements are able to accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with a powder room/half bath for privacy. Additional sleeping arrangements include a pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Linens are provided at no additional cost. Kitchen is complete with utensils, pots/pans, plates, and drinkware. All the comforts of home to make your stay as care free as possible. Guest access The entire condo will be all yours. You will have access to the community pool and outdoor showers. Other things to note - There is no elevator, and there are 14 steps to the front door. - Please remember there are people above you. - Private parking port fits two vehicles or provides great shelter to bring your motorcycle! This ensures easy parking for you during the busy on-season. - Parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle to ensure safe tow free parking. - Pool closes Nov 1st. Opens April 1st

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The keyless entry made it very easy to get in and out, and all of the necessities were included. It was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants. The host went above and beyond in communicating check out instructions and questions I had. I definitely recommend this condo and I would stay again.

The condo location was perfect. Condo was very clean. Check in and check out was easy! The oversized patio was perfect for relaxing in the evening listening to the ocean. Can not wait to book again!

We always look forward to visiting Topsail Island. Our accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and conveniently located. We highly recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Surf City. The condo was extremely nice and very clean. Very close hop to the pool, which was extremely nice. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. My husband and I loved this place and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants while also being in a quiet and peaceful area. The condo is super convenient. The owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful.

First, Maria was top-notch as a property manager. She responded to all of our questions and inquiries. The condo was just the right size for a couples retreat. It was clean with good linens and towels. It had a well-stocked kitchen for utensils. The bonus was the storage unit downstairs to store the beach chairs, plus they had adapters on the outlets for USB plugins and 110 access, very convenient. It was a great beach and the people were friendly. The only thing I would change about it is it needs a bigger TV in the bedroom. That is not a factor when going on a beach trip. We loved this place and would return in a moment.

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The pool is absolutely perfect for little ones who aren’t great swimmers yet, it starts at 1” and there’s a slow grade to the 5’ deep end so my 2 year old could play without us holding him. He and my niece (also 2) were obsessed! Easy, very short walk to beach. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for us.

The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We had a small issue with the tv not working when we got there. I messaged the owner and within no time she reaponded back with what to do. Once we tried what she recommended to do and nothing worked she came to the condo to fix it, within no time it was fixed. The owner was very kind and you could tell she wanted us to have the best place to stay. My family and I highly recommend staying at this condo. We look forward to coming back soon.

We had such a nice stay. It had a relaxing atmosphere. Nice big outdoor pool and the beach was only steps away 😊 The condo was nice and clean and just the right size for our family❤️

The property was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. Maria always made herself available by text or call. There is a binder of local things to do. Pool was nice. Linens, tp, hair dryer, and some cleaning supplies were available. The bedroom is located right next to the unit's stairs; bring a noise machine to sleep with if noise bothers you.

The condo is very clean and decorated very nicely. The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you would need. The bedroom is a good size and the bed very comfortable. The communication from the owner was outstanding. We'll definitely be coming back.

We only stayed 4 nights. The property was nicely decorated and had all the items we needed. It was easy to cook in with adequate pots and pans and dishes, glassware , etc. Linens were provided including towels, sheets and beach towels. We enjoyed our stay.
