We follow a quiet time rule of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. No parties allowed. All furnishings and amenities are new (2023). Our home is a traditional split level home. Upon entry there are steps leading up to the main floor and steps leading down to the lower level. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub as well. All the bedrooms are beautiful with comfy beds and bedding. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and more! We really appreciated the coffee bar. Shannon was very responsive for all my questions before and during our stay. If we are back in the Massanutten area again, we will try to book this house again.
