Upper level of brick 1800’s home. Remodelled in 2022 but still has the Victorian finishes. Has 2 very large bedrooms. Beautifully appointed with antique furniture and high end finishes. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking wonderful meals. Kitchen living room and dining room are open concept. Private large backyard with picnic table fire pit and outdoor furniture. Walking distance to Bridgeport Plaza. Close to uptown Waterloo but not close enough to be crazy busy streets. Only a few blocks away from highway 85. Free parking available for 2 cars.
