Majestic Beach Resort Couples and small families will relish this Gulf-front suite in Panama City Beach, offering immediate access to soft sands, warm waves, and pools and hot tubs for endless fun. Majestic Beach Resort has 3 Gulf-front pools, 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an onsite bar & grill, a Starbucks, and more! Moreover, there are plenty of exciting activities just a short drive away, including the vibrant Pier Park. Majestic Tower Parking Fee A one-time fee per vehicle will be covered under your resort fee. This is strictly enforced. * Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 1 car. Strictly enforced. * Business Tax Receipt (BTR) #54410 An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The property was fine, views spectacular and resort was well kept. To park here, your vehicle will need to be registered with them and put into the system that can scan your license plate. Once confirmed, the gate raises and you are good to park wherever you like in the covered garage. Our instruction were that we would find a parking pass in the room along with property wrist bands. We got the wristbands, but no link to get online and register the vehicle. Property management kept saying there is a pass in the room...We had to hunt down an HOA rep and take care of the parking on our own. Took 4 hours away from my vacay...

We spent the first day and a half of our stay trying to get a parking pass for the garage. Some of the people were real helpful others were not. There was no information at the Condo on how to get into the fitness center. I finally had to go to the Condo office to get the ball rolling on our parking pass. Then I had to pay an additional amount, but in the end I did get a refund, but only after being told that was my responsibility. The Condo was nice and it was clean. We did also have some noise issues late at night, but am unsure if the noise was from the complex or the Bar across the street.

Was a great condo to stay in, could use more cooking utensils like bigger pans but other than that it’s a great view from the balcony and a good spot to stay for a vacation

Some recommendations: Newer fluffy pillows, clean around exhaust/air vents (appears to be black mold), I know its at the beach but floors were gritty with sand, outside porch had run down furniture. Over all, it was a good stay.

Great view form balcony, the only problems balcony furniture was rusted out, door code did not work, wifi network did not exist, floors was not swept and corners was filthy.......

The unit itself was okay. Walls could definitely use some fresh paint and the cleaners could have done a better job. But overall the unit did the job for a quick inexpensive weekend trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and very beautiful! Great location! Will definitely be booking with the same people next time! Only down fall which had nothing to do with the room or the property manager we ended up cutting our trip short left 2 days early than we were supposed because of hurricane Ian. Turns out the hurricane didn’t even hit Panama. However it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Best experience with property manager. Wonderful price. Beautiful room!

Pretty dated… checking in at a different location then having to check out at a different location was ridiculous…. NO ONE works at the resort desk…. Pool on the tower 1 side was shut down an entire week… It was advertised to have a gym… but when we inquired about it we were informed guest weren’t allowed to use it….

I had a great stay. The location was perfect and close to various shops and amenities. The only thing I would recommend is cleaning of the floors and baseboards due to it looking a bit rusty and grimey (not sure if the cleaning crew mopped thoroughly). Outside of that, great stay and host!

The location was great. Check-out was painful as everyone tried to check out simultaneously and clogged up the elevators.
The condo fit our needs but seemed to be worn down. Though we just attributed to being beside and its constant use.

Cons: #1 Hot room. There was no thermometer in the room but I'm guessing it stayed 80ish. The AC was working but was hardly blowing out any air and could not keep up with the summer days. We had the AC guy come out twice without much luck. Just very stuffy and humid in the room, making it hard to sleep at night and be comfortable in the day when returning to the room. Probably needs a new larger unit or someone to increase the fan speed. I mentioned this to the AC guy, they did not seem to think they could help and was debating a new unit.

Not very clean. The floor was covered in sand from the moment we walked in, did not seem that it had been cleaned. The tub jets was overgrowing with black mold. Also black mold in many parts of the ceiling. Also when we first got there, the room had strong odor of marijuana.

Had to go buy many simple cooking devices. Has a couple pots, but no pan for oven, nothing extra at all to help cook with. The drawers were empty. Some basic left over items from other guest like aluminum foil, etc would have been helpful. But if someone spent like $200 for cookware for the kitchen, that would have been a big help. Also half of the toaster didn't work. Toaster oven hardly worked, took hour and half to cook tater tots. And if you cooked on the stoves or used the oven, it heated up the apartment that we couldn't cool back down because of the poor AC.
Pros
Beautiful view from balcony. Quick access to elevator and then to beach. From room to on beach took like 2 minutes. Also the owner was prompt about responding to our messages and attempted to assist us quickly. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from but usually overcrowded, but we stayed on the beach mostly anyways. Beach chair rentals about $350 for week.

Elevators were fast. Parking was secure and easily accessible. Beach access was good. Everything in the room worked no issues with any of the appliances. Will stay there again hope to get the same room. Close to elevator.

The furniture could be updated., it was hard for us to get up off the couch and chairs. Loved the paintings on the walls..The skillets were worn out. The views are great. The bed was fine. Just the two of us and we didn’t require much.

Location location location! Have always loved this beach, but this is the first time I stayed right on the beach! Nice one bedroom, great communication with owner! I’d come back!

The view from this condo was truly beautiful, and condo itself was great! We were impressed by how clean everything was, how fast the owner responded when I had a question about parking (super quick response time), and how comfortable the place was in general. It was also very cute and beachy. If I ever return to this part of Floeida for a vacation, I would absolutely book this property again.

Overall the place was very nice. However, the microwave and the TV in the bedroom didn't work. They did bring us a new microwave.

Parking permit not left in Apt., in addition the lamp shades are breaking, towels extremely filthy, furniture all stained and paint chipping off. We left a day earlier due to dissatisfaction, as well as only 1 elevator working during the entire stay. Apt was not up to what was expected. I should receive a reimbursement for all the inconvenience.

LOCATION was perfect, walking distance for mostly everything. Not to mention how close you are to the beach, absolutely worth it. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, but overall it was great! 👍

Getting settled in was a breeze! The place was decently clean and they had EVERYTHING we needed to cook and live like we do at home! Not a super classy place to stay, but great enough for me!

We really enjoyed our time here. The only change I would like to have is a dinner table as the bar seating is a bit high for our toddler. Otherwise it’s an awesome place.

Everything was great in the condo. The only downfall to this condo is the elevators at the resort. During high traffic times you might have to wait a while for an elevator. The resort is located at a great spot and we had a great time.

The location and convieniency was great. However the the room was not the cleanest and know how hard it is to keep the sand out but our room appeared to never been swept or mopped. The sheets on the pull out bed were never changed and had to request a clean mattress pad along with sheets. But I will have to say they came promptlywhen we requested the sheeys and mattres pad and offered to re clean the condo.
