This villa is gorgeous and is exactly as described, except I do not recall seeing a jacuzzi during my stay. Fabio was great, kitchen was stocked with plenty of snacks upon arrival but the Best part of the villa is it is in walking distance to everything. Downsides are; pool is a little too deep to relax in, air conditioning is pretty much non existent, mattresses and linens need to be upgraded and cleaning only takes place if you are up by 10 am daily.

Spent the week at the Villa with friends. We loved every moment and the property is beautiful. Short walking distance to Platanias town, great tavernas, gorgeous beaches in Crete and the property manager (Fabio) is very accommodating and helpful. We spent time visiting all the beaches during the day and relaxed by the pool in the evenings. The pool has no shallow area which was difficult for the younger kids in our group, however, we all had a great time and loved every moment!

The house was perfect and fully equipped!We had everything we need. The hospitality was really impressive and the design of the house exceeded our expectations! The view from outside is magic and very relaxing. It is very closed to the beach and you can walk to go there and to many nice restaurants. I definitely recommend it for vacations because the house combines everything!

When we arrived at Winehill Villa, our breaths were taken away. It is absolutely amazing. The views from the pool area are stunning , looking out over to the mountains and the beautiful sunset in the evenings is breath taking. The villa is of high quality, luxury, comfort and absolutely outstanding. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you need including a full fridge of goodies with drinks, fruit, snacks and a gift basket of treats on arrival, which was fantastic. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are of high quality and all the rooms are fully air conditioned. The Villa is immaculately cleaned daily by Ava. She is very friendly, polite, helpful and hardworking. The outside terrace is very large, with plenty of seating and sun lounges.There is a huge BBQ area which we used and cooked some delicious Greek food. All the necessary equipment was provided, including plenty of charcoal. The infinity pool is absolutely beautiful and truly amazing as it looks out over onto the blue sea of the Mediterranean. When we arrived, we were greeted by Fabio the property manager. He showed us around the villa and offered his services to us during our stay. He was extremely helpful, gracious and a lovely man and was so accommodating. He gave us great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. Anything you wanted or needed help with, Fabio was there to help. The owner John left some delicious cakes and breads for us one day but unfortunately we missed him but would like to say THANK YOU! Winehill villa was the perfect place for us. We were a group of 9 with the villa being so spacious, there was plenty of room. The villa is situated in a perfect, quiet location with privacy which is only a 5-10 minute walk down to Platanias to the local supermarkets, Restaurants, Bar's and Cafe's. With a beautiful sunrise and the spectacular views overlooking the sea, it makes Winehill villa the perfect place to stay for a relaxing, tranquil holiday. We had a fantastic, relaxing holiday. Winehill Villa is a beautiful place to stay and the Island of Crete is spectacular. We would highly recommend Winehill Villa to anyone who is travelling to Crete for the perfect holiday. We really didn't want to leave and we will definitely come back again!

A meticulously maintained, artfully decorated, gem of a property! We had a group of 8 stay for nearly a week. Had a marvelous stay, thanks in big part to property owner, who was courteous, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. Only wish we could stay longer. I enthusiastically recommend this property!

Our stay at the Winehill Villa was really outstanding. The view of the sea, mountains and town were magnificent. The villa is very modern and fully equipped, high quality Italian furnished with great taste in decoration. All you need to do is put your bags down and relax because this is just the place for it. Our hosts were kind and willing to help at all times. In fact he did it several times with great dedication. Do we recommend this villa as the best place to stay while in Chania? Really you can’t find any better, but if you will find one, please let me know :)) PS: I don’t know how much will weight this for the review readers, but I am a person who is traveling a lot and I am experiencing various high quality hotels and shared houses, I am also a super host on Airbnb. Gorgeous Villa with amazing views. We stayed in this villa mid July and found it the perfect get away. We appreciated the maid service in the morning and the friendly and helpful service by Fabio Migliari. The villa is perfect for either a big family or a large group. The views and sunset is stunning.

This stay was fantastic from start to finish thanks to a beautiful villa and absolutely delightful hosts. A special word for Fabio who is a great professional, second to none, made our pre trip a no brainer He was also there for us at all time during our stay to help, fix, advise etc in a very friendly manner and with responses in no time. We've been in this great house at the end of October, during one week. We were there with friends and there children, so 4 adults and 5 children from 6 to 15 years old. The photos that you can find of the villa show the reality. Fabio is very kind: you can ask him what you need and he'll do his best; that's the same with the owner, Giorgio, and the housekeeper, Eva. We've really enjoyed our vacation in Crete, certainly due to this villa and Fabio, Giorgio and Eva! We've only one regret: we should have stayed one more week! Anyway, we'll try to come back next year.

We had never gone for a villa holiday before, but this exceeded all expectations. Fantastic villa, great position, wonderful facilities. We enjoyed playing table tennis + the basket ball court. It was lovely having the maid Eva arriving each morning to keep the villa spotless.

My mother booked this villa for a week for our entire family (8 people in total with ages ranging from 9 - 69 years of age). I had looked at pictures of the villa online before I left and thought it looked beautiful but seeing it in real life surpassed all of my expectations, it was breathtaking. When you walk into the villa you are immediately struck by the views from the outside infinity pool area, they are stunning. The pool itself is amazing and very well maintained. The master bedroom is fit for a king and even the smaller bedrooms are comfortable, modern and a delight to sleep in. The kitchen is any cooking enthusiasts dream and the large open living space is modern and beautifully decorated. The villa features a lower level which contains a big screen with an xbox, a pool table and a gym. Unfortunately, we did not make much use of these facilities due to the fact that the weather was too nice to be inside. Out the back of the villa was an outdoor summer kitchen complete with woodfire oven and BBQ, a small playground and a basketball court. When we arrived we were greeted by the property owners who were an extremely friendly couple, and the property manager Fabio. Together, they showed us around the villa and taught us how to operate all of the appliances. They were happy to answer any questions we had and were very helpful. Fabio was a dream to deal with, he arranged for cars to pick us up and drop us to the airport, recommended excursions and restaurants and was very responsive with emails. We were also greeted with a welcome pack containing bread, milk, eggs, cheese, butte, fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, vodka, gin, basically everything you could possibly need. We had fantastic intentions of doing a lot of activities in the area and taking some trips, however, the villa was such a pleasure to be in that we barely ever wanted to leave it.

This villa is defintely the best luxury villa of all Chania area, i have been many times in Crete and booked many luxury villas in the past so i really know what i am sayng !We've been in this great house at the end of October.
