SEA COLONY AMENITIES -Half-mile of private beach -12 pools (two indoor) -World-class tennis courts -Fitness center, sauna, and basketball court -Activities for all ages -In-season community shuttle -Gated entrance with year-round security THINGS TO KNOW The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Construction will be taking place in the building from October 12th, 2022, until mid-January, 2023. There will be noise, but the unit will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey all signage. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We have used the condos at Sea Colony for years. We love this place. We always rent the Ocean Front condos with pools and beach only a few steps away. The ocean views are wonderful for sunrises and all-day viewing.
