Starting on March 1st, 2024, our property will feature a NEW 6 person Hot Tub Spa! Adding a Hot tub was our #1 request, so we're upgrading to make your experience more serene and restful. Gaze on the twinkling backyard lights above, or stay cozy inside next to the fireplace. This home has plenty of space to relax in, lots of amenities to enjoy, while also a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Austin's downtown. And, if you enjoy shopping, the Domain Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away! The property can comfortably host up to 8 guests, offering 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. If you would like to have more people, please ask and we can provide 2 blow-up air mattresses and extra sheets. But please let us know ahead of time if you choose to do this! The master bedroom looks out on the pool, and has a queen bed with an attached private bathroom that has a massive jacuzzi bathtub! The other three bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a double sink vanity, that is separated from the bathtub/shower/toilet by a locking door. The three other bedrooms contain a full-sized bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds. All of the beds (including the master bedroom) have brand new hotel-grade Helix Comfort mattresses (retailing at $1,000 + per mattress! We want you to get good sleep while you are here! For parents of young children, we provide a high chair and a crib. If you are a mom who pumps, we also have a spectra pump you can use during your stay (but you will need to bring your own attachments). Please note that the former garage on this home has been converted into a individual private unit that (we) the owners live in. It has it's own private entrance in the side yard. Nothing in this listing is shared by us. Everything (the pool, hot tub, laundry room, back patio, outdoor gym, etc is private to the guests staying here.) There is a door from the garage unit into the home, but it has locks on both sides and cannot be opened unless both sides are unlocked. Both sides are always locked. We (the owners) may be staying there during your visit, but you should not see us aside from when we cross the front side lawn to enter the private entrance on the left side of the house to the unit. We will not bother you at all during your stay, but are always happy to answer questions or help if you want us to! We have done our best to insulate the private unit very well, the only connecting walls are fully insulated and on the opposite side of the home from the bedrooms, but if the door to the laundry room is open (we recommend you keep it shut for extra noise insulation) or if you are in the kitchen, you may hear a small amount of noise that gets through. Let us know if you would like any local recommendations! The main living room has a nice leather sectional facing the TV. If reading and relaxing is more your style, feel free to sit in one of the leather swivel chairs by the fireplace and grab a book to read from the shelves. Our dining room table inside seats 4 people, but if extra chairs are needed, there are 7 at our outside dining table that can be brought in. If you aren't lucky enough to have the day off of work, the study features a standing desk with a monitor for you to use. It also has 2 double doors that can be shut. This room can be used as an extra sleeping space if needed. Don't worry about missing a workout! We have you covered there as well. There is a full home gym in the corner of the back porch! (Please be aware that the gym is outside, but under a covered patio, so if the weather is extreme such as raining or very cold, that may influence your ability to workout. We do have fans you can use if it is hot outside!) It features a traditional squat rack with Rouge bumper plates (with 10lb, 25lb, 35lb, and 45lb plates), an adjustable bench, a pull-up bar, adjustable bowflex selecttech dumbells that each go up to 52.5 lbs., and a full cable assembly (so you can still do lat pulldowns, leg kickbacks, lat raises, curls, rows, etc!), and last but not least a yoga mat. Sit in the backyard late into the night enjoying the pool and beautiful weather that we get year round here in Round Rock! The yard is illuminated at night by string lights hung up around the yard. Go ahead and cook a dinner for the whole family on the outdoor grill, and use the nice wooden dining table on the covered patio that seats 7 people comfortably. We are also in the process of adding even more poolside and patio furniture to enjoy the backyard with! There is a laundry room that you will have access to for the duration of your stay! We allow 2 dogs max per stay. We do require an extra fee per pet. This is because there is usually more cleaning required when pets stay. Please make sure if you have a pet that they do NOT get on the couches without first putting a heavy blanket down. We have nice leather couches that are scratched very easily by claws. If pee, chew marks, or claw marks are found anywhere in the home, a fine will be charged to the guests to cover the cost of the repair necessary. You will have private access to the entire home shown in this listing. But again, please be aware there is a private unit in place of the garage where the owners stay. The only people who will ever be using that space are the owners. We will not be using any of the areas mentioned in the listing if we are there during your visit. This includes the yard, hot tub, pool, or outdoor deck. The studio unit is completely private from the rest of the house. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask! If we are in town, and anything is needed we will do our best to accommodate you immediately! (PLEASE NOTE that due to us having a pool, we require that if anyone under 16 years old is using the pool, an adult ~18 years+~ must be present outside in the pool area! ) Please note that we do NOT allow anyone to be in the home that is not a registered guest. Events that include anyone other than registered guests are NOT allowed.
