Excelente si tendría la oportunidad volvería

El buen ambiente y lo cerca que estaba del metro además me gustó bastante el desayuno gratis que daban

Las duchas en específico las puertas son muy transparentes y bañarse con otra persona sería incómodo y también en los baños las puertas se abren hacia adentro y molesta , quizá podrían agregar toalla de papel para poder secarse la cara pero sería como extra

Letto molto comodo, e posizione della struttura a pochi passi dalla metro linea 1, che vi consente di arrivare senza cambi ai luoghi più importanti di Manhattan.

Qualche formica in giro per la stanza, ma nulla di troppo grave.

Para mi, las tres B

Lo practico de las cápsulas cama, cuenta con toda la comodidad, pese a que éramos 6 en la habitación, se mantenían la privacidad y el silencio a la hora de descansar. La ubicación muy accesible a metro, buses, muy buena.

I've always fancied staying in a pod hotel just to see what it's like. Wasn't dissapointed.

Superb location. Plenty of shops in the immediate area to grab a bite to eat and or a coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place in the central for a solo traveler

Perfect place, comfortable, nice interior, very helpful personel. I would definately come back next time.

Usb ports in the pod wasnt working.

Pleasant, felt accommodated, and a calf workout haha (I was on the 5th floor).

The location was great! Next to Central Park and only a short distance from convienence stores as well as restaurants. I found I had trouble navigating the building at first, Yancy helped me out through directing me right! The kitchen I went to explore on the last morning but was uncertain about what I was allowed to use or touch so I went elsewhere. The rooms were a perfect size for traveling and the showers were in great condition! Thank you so much for having me!

There isn't much of anything to say, my stay was great! Although, through my own mistake I moved my temporary roommates item off a bed believing they were already asleep in the other one. Whoops! No harm no foul, I hope. :)

No Heat, Freezing, Housing Keeping Throws Out Your Stuff - and Shotty service (except for Johnny)

1 staff member who went above and beyond

Where should I even start? Someone should have paid me to stay here, and not the other way around. The reason I gave the staff a high rating is only due to a few staff (Johnny in particular went above and beyond, and there was another girl that was very friendly) Otherwise, I was met with defensiveness when I asked multiple times to put the heat on to one girl, and when I asked for her to text the manager where the remote was since she didn't know how, she goes "maybe." This place is an absolutely joke of a hostel, with no heat multiple nights, no wifi, and staff that seem like they don't care. I slept in my winter coat multiple nights because no one turned on the heat. The fact that we need to ask to put the heat on is ridiculous. My towels were constantly thrown out by housekeeping, despite them being clean, and many of my products went missing after they cleaned the room. There was extremely loud banging out night as if work was being done right in your room, multiple nights, and for hours - it was any time the heat would be turned on. I consistently saw Johnny going above and beyond for people, working when he wasn't even on the clock trying to help get wifi going, and much more. I only stayed here because Johnny was so kind and welcoming - otherwise I would never in a million years of stayed. In all honesty, everyone who stayed there within the past 2 weeks should receive a refunds for having to sleep in a freezing cold room, in the dead of winter. If you want to rest, sleep, or be warm this is not the place for you Sorry for the bluntness but this place could be so much better and treat its customers better.

Es extremadamente conveniente además de que el personal y la limpieza son excepcionales.

Me gustó todo, aunque es mi primera vez en un hostal de habitación compartida tuve la mala suerte de tener un compañero de habitación que roncaba como tractomula de carga.

Decent hostel with charming staffs

The location is pretty good, just near the Central Park. The receptionists are cute and nice. They always make sure you feel well and are ready to offer different kind of help if needed.

I didn’t come at the right time so the bar is not open. Also the WiFi didn’t work during my stay, and the heating system didn’t work well neither.

Its alright for one night and the staff is really friendly but the ACs in the pods are a bother

-decent location -very nice staff -bagels and coffee included for breakfast -the pods were comfy and you could tune the lights which was pretty cool

-the AC of the neighboring pods were SO LOUD - kinda gave me a tinitus and disturbed my good night sleep :,(

I am currently escalating this situation

I stayed here back in January 2024 and I had a great stay, now fast forward to today February 1, 2024 and I was told I could not stay because my passport has by Birth State NEW JERSEY, front desk claims it was a new policy but I believe it was something else. They even called the police on me because I told them I wasn’t leaving until I got my refund. I will be escalating this issue with the City of New York

A localização é boa, os quartos te permitem ter bastante privacidade. Acrescentei duas noites a estadia no próprio hostel.

A fechadura eletrônica estava com problema e tive dificuldades para entrar no meu quarto quase todos os dias. No último dia de estadia, nem o meu código, nem o código da recepção abriram e precisei dormir em outra cama, com todos os meus pertences e remédios trancados no quarto. Por sorte meu amigo estava hospedado em outro quarto e peguei um pijama e itens de higiene pessoal emprestados. Só tive acesso aos meus pertences no dia seguinte pois a chave mestra ficava apenas com as camareiras. O aquecedor do prédio era extremamente forte, quando desligavam ficava confortável, quando ligado, os quartos com duas camas ficavam extremamente quentes.

It’s a bad look for NYC, awfully run business and hopefully doesn’t last.

Nice concept, very poor execution.

My pod was broken, the clerk didn’t know the first thing about customer service. Not even going to waste my energy breaking down exactly how bad the service was. Long story short, They ended up giving me a new room that wasn’t heated. Awful business, place is very rough around th edges, things are broken, Pods, bathroom stalls, etc. and I was only there for a few hours. I’m sure I would have encountered more unfortunate surprises had I stayed a couple days.

I slept very well and bathroom was very clean - but was underwhelmed with everything else.

Rooms/beds were comfortable. Great location

Storage room for luggage was not secure - no luggage. Staff were rude/unfriendly. Never figured out where the kitchen was. Apparently there were free coffee and bagels - never saw them. Common area lacked any warmth/atmosphere

Ótimo custo benefício

Ótima localização, ao lado do central park (oeste do parque), muito próximo ao metro, vários lugares para comer e muitas lojas para comprar variedades. A recepção e salão estavam um pouco desorganizados quando cheguei por conta de obras na cozinha e a porta da minha cabine estragada, mas depois arrumaram rapidamente. O quarto estava organizado, banheiros limpos, fácil acesso.

Nice Bed Pods at Upper West Side

The Hostel was in a very good location right next to the central park and very near the metro station. There were city bikes available to rent via app right by the front door. The possibility to be in a small room shared with someone from my gender was great, it made me feel very safe.

I believe the hostel staff trade their stay at the city with some hours of labor at the hostel, this doesn't seem to motivate them quite much to be proactive or more than mandatory helpful to guests. I also believe they handle some stressful interaction with some guests, and they are not making a career out of it. Maybe this could be improved someway, the service to reasonable guests. (Silly me, locked my locker with the key inside, and I had to get ready to checkout and run to the airport, at the front desk there were two ladies looking something at the computer [maybe it was important] but they could bother much to help me get someone with a tool to break the locker. Fortunately the handy man was right at the kitchen and helped me in a blink of an eye! which I am very grateful!! ) Overall the Staff, they were very nice to hang with them, not so much as contact them to resolve something related to the stay. Also it was unfortunate to have the bar/kitchen area under construction during my stay.

Unmade bed, Unclean room, Bugs that bite you at night.

Only the location and thr free bagel in the morning

I was with my mom just to stay for two nights. My mom and I were in different rooms cuz we booked it separately and so I had no idea what the DEFAULT state of the bed was since we were very tired and honestly was expecting not much. My room had a pillow and a folded blanket The bedsheet was already in place on the bed. So I naturaly thought that that was the default state. But I did notice the room had somekind of an unwashed odor. So I just but my padded jumper on the bed and slept there Just because it felt foul. It wasnt until my final day when my mom told me she had a folded blanket "folded bedsheet,and a towel. WHICH WAS NOT my case. I know I get what I paid for, but this was worse. The thought of me sleeping in an un-made bed AND my mom got bitten by god knows what bug all over her body. This was our experience but i've seen alot of People enjoying the stay making new friends so , Up to you to decide.

Accommodations in New York are crazily expensive x

The staff was very efficient.

The smell. And also the fact that it’s pretty much a a hostel Not the capsule hotel that I imagined. I ended up paying $100 per night and could be paying $40 for a regular hostel.

If you're looking for a bit of privacy and can't afford a hotel, this is a good option

The pods. Fully enclosed. Custom lighting and outlets for charging devices.

Not a social hostel. The common room was in general disarray. If they put a little effort into it, could be a lot better.

宿泊者ステータス・宿泊日 2023.23-25 ・米国在住・一人旅・宿泊は男性2人部屋総評次は泊まらないけどコスパよし、経験者として検討中の方への良い点＆悪い点を残していきます良かった点・朝食が無料でベーグル、スープ、コーヒーが提供されている・とにかく安い・ホステル内はかなり暖かい・店員は人によるが愛想はいい(ニューヨーク平均で比較した単なる肌感) ・男性2人部屋になるととにかく静かで過ごしやすい・シャワーの水圧強め・2階だとWiFiは良好

悪い点(注意点) ・ポッドの扉がかなり大きい音がなるので、夜はとても気を遣う・ホテルでいう一般的なアメニティは基本無い・バスタオルが2泊でも1枚しかもらえない(店員曰く、マネージャーがチェックアウトまで1人1枚と決めてるから我慢してとのこと) ・部屋に備え付けの南京錠式ロッカーがあるが、肝心の南京錠がないので使えない(店員曰く、うちでは提供してないから買ってこいとのこと) ・サイトでは「荷物預かりサービスあり」と記載があるが預かってくれない(店員曰く、部屋にロッカーがあるからそれを使えとのこと) ・プライベートな空間はできるが、割とセキュリティはガバガバ・ベーグルはありがたいが美味しくはない・部屋はチェックアウトまで清掃なし本件記載の「店員」はバラバラです、米人は人によって適当な事を言うので一部間違いもあるかもというのを念頭に参考にしてください(アメリカクオリティ)。
