There is a fire pit outside for your use but the inside fire place is not permitted for guest use. Parking in driveway is ample! There are two lanes of parking and a carport. Easily fits four cars. More vehicles can park along front of yard in front of home. Please only park in yard to the right of driveway. Please feel free to message me with any of your needs! We have an outdoor fire pit for guest use but the indoor fire place is not permitted for guest use and is locked. TVs are smart TVs and are able to be used with all steaming companies (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Prime, etc). The TVs do not have cable access.
