We had a fantastic experience in this suite at The Ritz Key Biscane! There were a few minor check in details that were not clear because staff at The Ritz were not fully informed. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!! The owner response to questions was excellent and he was delightful to communicate with. The suite is fully stocked with everything the Ritz Provides plus all the comforts of home including extras pillows, blanets, washer/dryer and all needed items in the kitchen. We will stay in this unit again if we are back in Miami!

Great room at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. 2nd floor suite is a great location with custom furniture and layout. Plenty of space for our family. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations! The living quarters were beyond spacious! The bedroom and the living room were furnished tastefully and comfortably. The bedroom had an oversized bed that was larger than king size and could literally sleep 3 persons comfortably. The kitchen where we had breakfast every day for 5 days, was always a well appointed and had everything you could possibly need, even the Nespresso machine which was a huge benefit for our coffee drinking family! Free parking in the garage was another essential perk as we had a rental car and used it quite a bit. Mike, the host, instantly responded to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. Truly, could not have asked for a better experience!

This immaculate one-bedroom suite, which is located on the second floor of the storied Ritz Carlton, is a wonderful option for families and those traveling with young children. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of this wonderful hotel (pools, beach, tennis, restaurants, fitness center), while staying in this spacious, well-appointed residence. Truly, the best of both worlds!
