Leave your worries behind as you step into this spacious and inviting space. You'll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bath and patio exit, offering stunning pool views. In addition, there are three more bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The living room features a large smart TV, perfect for gathering and enjoying entertainment together. The open kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll discover a dining table for casual meals and a formal dining room for special occasions. Comfort is a priority, with central AC to keep you cool and gas-operated outdoor facilities for delightful gatherings. The heated pool, Jacuzzi, and pit fire with ample seating create the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment. And for the grill enthusiasts, the massive BBQ grill station awaits your culinary skills. Parking is convenient with space for two cars in the garage and a large driveway that can accommodate up to three more cars. Please note that our gardener and pool maintenance personnel may visit on a weekly basis to ensure the property is well-maintained. If you are arriving with kids or toddlers, kindly be aware that the pool is not gated for additional safety measures. If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can arrange it for you, but please inform us in advance. Please be aware that there will be an extra charge of $35 per night for pool heating. We want to ensure your utmost comfort and enjoyment, so feel free to let us know your preferences, and we will gladly accommodate your requests. Please let us know when you checked in if anything requires our attention. We get a cleaning report from our team to address any issue you may find. -No smoking policy Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500. **No smoking inside the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly -Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay $150 a day, please let us know in advance so we can prepare it on time. -Quiet hours We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am noise should be kept to a minimum. Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation. -Damages We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Please mention if you arrive with Pets. Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!! Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave. **Please note that there is a pet fee of $150 for up to 2 pets. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. Failure to notify us of a pet will result in a $300 pet fee. PLEASE KEEP THEM SAFE!

My family and I, 10 of us, 3 children and 7 adults, had a wonderful vacation here. The 5 rooms were exactly what we needed. The open floor plan and common areas were perfect. The back yard was exactly what we expected, a beautiful pool, outdoor grill and bar area, the covered patio and outdoor dinning area, the gas firepit, gave us enough space to play, relax and enjoy each other. The view was exceptional, both day and night. We would not hesitate to come back to this house. Our host was attentive and available no matter the time or concern. The location was convienent to all the things we planned on doing. We hope anyone renting this house has as great a time as we did!

We arrived at check in time and the cleaning service was barely getting started cleaning up after the previous guests who apparently left a complete mess. We had to wait an hour and a half for them to finish cleaning. When they left the dirty towels were left in the washer. There were no flat sheets on the beds. Also no pool towels. I contacted the manager who was very responsive but wanted to check with the cleaning team about the sheets. We ended up having to buy sheets and towels at the local target and we were reimbursed. The house was not fully cleaned when the cleaning team left, the floors, kitchen surfaces, appliances, and sliding doors were all still dirty. So we cleaned them ourselves. When we put the towels in the dryer we realized there were not enough for the ten of us, so it was a good thing we had purchased more towels. Some things were broken around the house, we took pictures of them and sent them to the manager so we wouldn’t be charged for them. Again, the manager was responsive and kept asking if he should come over to fix anything. Also, the house is advertised as having three queens when in fact one of them is a full. This is a beautiful home with a wonderful backyard. It just needs to be sufficiently appointed in terms of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. It should be fully cleaned before check in time. Before booking you should check in with the owner and manager about these issues.
