About this house rental

This home is situated in a quite location with only a short 3-5 minutes drive to Mid Valley shopping centre, Bunnings and the Morwell train station. This recently painted 3 Bedroom house features gas cooking and heating, timber floors, well equipped kitchen with cooking facilities including a fridge, a gas cook-top and electric oven plus microwave, dishwasher and all necessary appliances that you’d need, such as toaster, hot water kettle, rice cooker with full cutlery, utensils and dishware. To maintain the quality of the property for yourself and future guests, please follow these PET GUIDELINES, charges may be incurred should these guidelines not be followed. • Only one well-trained and well-behaved pet is allowed. • Pet is not allowed on furniture or bedding at any time. Please bring your own pet bedding or mat and necessary equipment such as bowls, crate, beds, leash and leads, etc. If your pets have been found on any furnishings, beds or upholstery, Extra fees will be applicable, which may include linen replacement and/or excess cleaning fees. • Keep your pet out of carpeted areas and off rugs. • Ensure that your pet does not scratch doors, screens, or other surfaces. Any damage caused will incur replacement charges. • Pets should not be left unattended in the unit and should not enter the unit wet or dirty. • Clean up after your pet in the garden to ensure a pleasant experience for housekeepers and future guests. • If we receive complaints from neighbors about excessive barking or disruptive behavior, you may be required to keep your dog under control at all times or take them home if necessary. We are under strict instruction from the local council and want to be respectful of our neighbors. • Government-issued photo ID required. • Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. • Please respect the noise curfew. Please remain quiet between 9:30 pm and 8:00 am. • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. • Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. • Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box. • On Tuesday nights, plz pull the council bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection. • We have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls, shampoo, but these may not be sufficient for your entire stay. Should you require additional supplies, you can can find local stores nearby. • Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me. • The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests. • To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. IMPORTANT INFORMATION * Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking. * We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details. * The actual total number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted. * Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. * Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building. * Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 7.30 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond. * Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply. * On Tuesday night, kindly ensure that council bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed for the weekly collection. * Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind. * Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. * Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out. * Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it. * Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply. * Parking at a carport is available in the backyard and plenty of off-street parking for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house. * The minimum age for guests is 30 years old. This means that someone who is under this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves. By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
