Fantastic hotel in a great location close to lots of restaurants and a 5-10 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife went for our anniversary to Japan. The hotel was great, the rooms are big enough for us to rest after a long day walking around(not huge by any means, but perfect for people not spending all day in the room). The breakfast is sooo good, my wife really liked the curry dish (she had it everyday. Haha). And the staff was very friendly.

Great location, close to convenience stores, subways, and Shinjuku station! The staff where very friendly and always greeted us at the entrance. Clean and nicely sized rooms where we could have two big suitcases open at the same time with no issue!
Shinjuku is a night-life part of Tokyo, but we could barely hear any noise from our room!
It was a great visit, and would love to stay here again :)

Amanek hotel is wonderful. The area is not my favourite but it’s still conveniently close to all tourist attractions and Shinjuku train station.

Walking distance to Shinjuku Station. You can get close to the Hotel using the underground train station walkways. As expected room was small.

Excellent stay with great staff and delicious breakfast. The area around the hotel may not be for everyone but it didn’t bother and I knew this before staying. Plenty of bars and lively areas near the hotel and close to transport links.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Queen room is pretty tight for a couple leaving minimal room to organize luggage. Other than that it is super convenient for anyone transiting around town. Super lively area at any time of the day. Staff is friendly. Would recommend

Amazing hotel but just the only improvement is to accomodate for a more western style breakfast such as toast and cereal. But overall very clean efficient and has everything you need

Whether you stay for only a night or close to 2 weeks like myself, the hotel runs with just profit in mind and do not value your long period of stay. Additional toothbrushes to be charged, bedsheets changed only every 4 days and strictly no extension of check out time. If you are not particular about building a long term relationship with a hotel for your future stays in Tokyo, this is the hotel for you!

The staff were fantastic at the hotel. Always happy to help and went out of their way to make dinner recommendations and bookings for us.
The room is very small, unable to leave bags open on the ground, but it was a fantastic location with walkable distance to food and nightlife and a small walk to several train lines.

Pretty good new hotel with modern amenities. As with all hotels in Japan the rooms are tiny but the hotel itself is nice with very helpful staff. Location is ok but a good 10 min walk from Shinjuku Rail station and with two large bags it was a struggle. The area around the hotel is lively but we never had an issue with noise.

The hotel itself is very nice and great amenities (coin laundry, vending machine, lounge). However the location can be unsafe for some as you have to walk through the Kabukicho strip.

Hospitality wasn’t as good or even comparable to other hotels in the same price point, amenities are very limited/dirty/broken, no coffee/tea/water in room, one free drink per stay (including tea) is unreasonable

The hotel itself was nice. Typical Tokyo hotel in terms of space and size. The area around it wasn’t the vibe we were aiming for. The hotel was hidden away from the main area which was nice since it was more quiet, however the clubs/bars around the hotel made the streets dirty and there were touters which made it uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and happy to assist. The hotel was clean and easy to find. We didn’t realize the mattress would be on the floor but that’s on us. The actual mattress was very comfortable! The rooms are small which is average, I believe, but just know you won’t be able to spread out or unpack your stuff (unless you’re staying alone). We’re a couple of taller and mid-size/plus-size folks so it was a little snug but we enjoyed our stay!

Well connected area and great if you’re seeking Tokyo night life but rooms are really cramped for two people with suitcases, breakfast is very lacking and opening room windows lets in a terrible smell from outside. Wasn’t certain the AC worked either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Brilliant stay here. Only thing i could find to umprove on is the lack of a basic welcome pack (tea,coffee,sugar,water,milk) in the room. After 24 hours of travelling all i wanted was a hot drink. Staff were fantastic. Location was great for everything.

Room is exactly like photos. Very nice and clean. The beds are surprisingly very comfy and the pillows are a good firmness. It’s not like those floppy pillows in North American hotels. Very much enjoyed our stay. It was great with a baby. Will definitely stay here again next time. Keep in mind that this hotel is 12-15 minute walk from Shinjuku station depending which exit you come out from. There is a family Mary a minute away which is super convenient. Lots of great shopping and dining options around. The staff are very friendly as well. Love it here!

Really good hotel, in a good spot to base ourselves from. The district is very busy but hotel was quiet and nice. We had a triple room which was very snug but ok for the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast was nice, hotel was modern inside, staff were lovely and service was good!
