Overpriced, very basic and could benefit from repairs and cleaning up and TLC.

Great location with IGA very close. Beds comfortable and access to house easy. House with potential to be very cute as it’s an older place if cleaned up and repaired.

In need of repairs and tidy up. Dead plants, rusty outside chairs, leaking tap, boarded up window, rubbish in yard all could benefit from a cleanup and repair. Definitely needs repairs inside to fans, some of the cupboard doors in kitchen close to falling off. Evidence of mould in shower. Benefit from curtains that close to block out light would be great as some windows had corflute to block gaps. At the price that we paid, I did have an expectation of maybe some coffee or tea, dishcloth to wash up dishes, body wash, even maybe some paper towel or cooking oil. Not much supplied, so if your staying you need to take everything with you. Clean enough but definitely needs to be cleaner and repaired.

Rough neighborhood. House was on a lean, mould in the bathroom, windows not secure (cardboard stapled over the top) cutlery and plates still had food on them, sand on the couch like it hadn’t been cleaned, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Tap around switches in the house and half finished electrical jobs. Not what you’d expect for the $250 a night or the photos online

It was just an overnight stay.

It was easy to find and keys were in lock box at property. It was an old property but was comfortable and they allowed pets which is what I needed. There was an IGA a short walk down the street.

We only came to Geraldton for a meeting, and the accommodation was close to the city venue.

Suited the needs, as we were only staying for one night in Geraldton. Accommodation had everything we wanted and as there were only two couples and one single lady everyone had their own room.

The floor felt gritty, as though it needed thorough cleaning. The shower ran out of hot water in the morning, not sure if this was gas problem or the person having a shower. Code for the locked box was emailed after we had departed our home, and commenced on our journey. When we arrived at the accommodation, we had difficulty locating the actual locked box.

Stopover

Stayed one night as in transit. Travelling with 2 dogs .. arrived late & left early. had a front & rear garden but steps to house from both were quite steep so my dogs struggled to master them .Comfortable lounge with an array of DVDs . Great shower pressure & comfy beds.. kitchen well equipped .. various food items in fridge & cupboards made it feel like you were staying at a friends house. The owners were very helpful & friendly.

Feel like the back room needed a bit of TLC .. not really a dislike more of just my thoughts

The building at least 50 years old & smelly...Location near traffic, noisy Toilet & shower rooms no locks😵.2 living rooms ceiling rooms not working . Taps leakage
