Visit the most adorable seaside village! Southport, with it's picturesque waterfront, fantastic restaurants, and adorable shops, has something for everyone. When you feel like staying closer to home, the pool will be calling your name for soaking in the sun while watching the ships sail by, and your private balcony is the perfect spot to sip a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Things to know: Studio condo + kitchenette + WiFi/smart tv Waterfront beach access + shared pool Built in 2021, this condo is a studio with a full kitchen (excluding an oven, but there is a countertop toaster oven), granite countertop desk space for working, dining table with seating for two, two queen beds and a full bathroom with walk-in glass shower. There is also an east facing balcony with two chairs and a table, perfect to watch the morning sunrise. Air conditioning and heat provided is by an in-wall mini-split style unit. The property is right on the Cape Fear river with a resort beach, pool and patio all waterfront. It is located one half-mile to downtown, so it is a great location if you want to walk to dinner and the amazing shops and not worry about parking. All guests will have access to the entire condominium property including beach, pool, patio and elevators. The association also puts on regularly scheduled events and guests are welcome to attend all events on the property. Every Wednesday night from late spring to early fall there are food trucks and live music scheduled on the condo patio by the pool and beach! Please also note, while the property does have a beach, the beach is actually off of the Cape Fear River, not the Atlantic Ocean. You are welcome to swim in the water, just be mindful it can be quite rocky at times and won't be your typical ocean/beach experience. Also, there is a “beware of alligator” sign on the beach. This was put there by the condo association as a precaution as there have been alligators spotted on the beaches in Southport previously. As with any NC beach, alligators are always possible in the area but we have never seen any ourselves during any of our previous visits nor have any of our guests ever let us know about any encounters.

Well I’ve always wanted to stay here but I could never make it work until this past week. When you enter the room you automatically feel at peace (or I did ). The place was clean and they provided everything you would need to get started. They so left little goodies! And this has to be the easiest check out ever! Great communication with the owners. Would definitely stay her again.

We have stayed at the hotel here before and liked it. Now we found this condo at the hotel and loved it. It had a cute vibe. The facility is waterfront but you get a peekaboo view from this unit. Great location.

My mom, sister and I were excited to stay at this small piece of heaven close to the waterfront and uptown area in Southport, NC. We would love to come back and stay again in warmer weather. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Southport. The town was awesome, the weather was beautiful, and the proximity was superb. But even better were Tony and April, they made the stay great by being awesome. Would definitely stay with them again!

The accommodation was great. Beds comfortable and clean. Bath linens provided. Elevator access was a nice feature for transporting luggage. Pool was a nice feature, considering how hot it was at the beach. After a while the beach gets to be too much with the heat and sun. Owners communicated frequently prior to arrival, so there were no surprises.
We would stay there again due to its overall proximity to downtown Southport, cleanliness, amanities and affordability. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at our stay!! The host was so quick to answer any and all questions we had. The place was perfect for what we needed. So close to town and the ferry. The place was so clean, quiet and perfect.

The property was just as listed. Close parking to the unit, we enjoyed the pool, the downtown area is close and great for visiting. April and Tony were very detailed in their directions and everything was smooth.

Our first time staying in Southport. I thought the property was close to the stores and restaurants. April and Tony were very helpful with sending suggestions when we couldn't find a golf cart over the 4th of July holiday week. Every place was booked. If you do want to rent a golf cart during that week I suggest doing it in advance.

My wife and I traveled to Southport to celebrate our anniversary. We were looking for a place to just get away and be quiet for a couple of days. Tony and April's place was the perfect spot for us! It was just as advertised: super clean, comfy beds, and a great little kitchen. We made breakfast in one morning, relaxed by the pool and out on the beach. There entire property doesn't have a ton of units, so it meant there weren't a lot of people crammed into one place, which was a plus. It's not far at all from downtown Southport. Lots of great local eateries and places to shop. Tony and April were always quick to respond to messages and even gave us a little gift to celebrate our anniversary! We're already trying to make plans again for next year and bring our kids with us.

We loved this place!! We were able to check in early and everything was better than explained. SO clean and quiet. Downtown Southport is also super close to room. 11/10 would recommend staying here. We’d come back for sure!

We loved our stay and we’re impressed by the ease of check in and check out processes! Our only complaint is hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes. We loved the beach area and pool. Neither got super busy or full. Thank you!

Lovely, well-stocked, large room. My only issue was resolved rather quickly by the hosts. I am not very tech savvy so this was all on me. The first recommendation from the hosts worked like a charm. Even the construction to expand the buildings was low-key. Large clean pool and plenty of tables/chairs at the water's edge to sit and read or mingle with other guests.

Very nice experience. Unit was centrally located to town. It was clean with a very well stocked kitchen, towels and coffee bar. I would recommend and stay here again. Good overall rating.

This little getaway is all you need for a short trip to the Southport and Oak Island, NC area. Two extremely comfortable queen beds, nice full bathroom, full size fridge, cooktop, blackout curtains if you love to sleep in, and a sweet little balcony so you can enjoy the ever present breeze. Close to the pool and river view. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Photos are exact replica of unit. Easy check in/out, convenient location to Main Street shops, right on the water. Owners were great at responding. Overall great place to stay. Already recommending this unit to family and friends.

Nice little condo unit. Room was well stocked and equipped with mini kitchen. Everything was clean and new. Comfortable beds. Great river view from balcony and private beach. We highly recommend.
