It is the perfect home for families and friends to get together. We have a pool table and games for a fun night in, or you can drive 5 minutes up the road to the the nearest park that overlooks Lake Erie. This home is only a few minutes away from everything Mentor has to offer and only 30 minutes away from downtown Cleveland and the local wineries. 1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in. 2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass. 3. Please remove shoes in the house. 4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only. 5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom. 6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm. 7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
