Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building in a historic part of town, so there is potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps. There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front door, facing the street. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 4+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: There is a small driveway, but it is reserved for the upstairs unit "Palmer Square 2BR w/ Parking".
