Quite neighborhood with nice neighbors. Typical suburban neighborhood driving and free parking is available in the driveway. (No street parking) 1. Please be respectful toward neighbors! Keep the noise level low, and park in the driveway rather than the street whenever possible. (No street parking allowed between 2am and 6am.) 2. Please be respectful of our cleaners and do your best to keep things clean. 3. Everything was good. My husband had covid, so we were unable to join the family for our anniversary celebration. The family said everything was good, but the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was broken when they got there. They managed okay, but said it was hard to keep the roll of toilet paper on. Other than that they enjoyed their visit & we may do it again.

The stay was perfect. There was so much to do during our down time...corn hole, a putting green, pool table, foos ball, games, and more. Located on a quiet street but 2 minutes away from I 35. Loved it all!

A group of us men stayed here for a conference near by. This is a very nice and comfortable home. Clean. Plenty of space. Nice entertainment options. We wished our conference was longer so we could have enjoyed the place a bit more. Great communication by the owner.

Property met our needs. Many reviews stated mattresses were comfy, I would disagree with that- they are most likely at the end of their life having divots where others have slept. Property was centerally located near mamy things to do.

We stayed here for a medical appointment in Minneapolis. With so many small children we felt safer staying outside the city. This place was perfect for us! 3 adults and 7 children and we were more comfortable than our own house! We had some great conversations with the friendly neighbors too. Our host was very responsive and accommodating as well.

Very responsive owner-every time we had a question! Location of home was in a wonderful neighborhood. We had a wide variety of ages in our family and there was space for many different activities! Impressive accommodations for seating in living room, downstairs family room and enclosed sunroom and for eating with two different tables and chairs. We especially loved all being able to eat together on the patio with large expansive table and chairs for morning breakfasts! Everything was as stated-and would definitely look to stay with this owner again!

We rented the house for our annual sibling get together. Each couple had their own bedroom with very comfortable beds. It is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was wonderful to have the kitchen with furnishings where we prepared our food for all our meals. So much nicer to visit and gather at a large dining room table for our meals where we could enjoy and hear each other. The house was clean and comfortable. We would rent again. Lots of indoor and outdoor games for all ages to enjoy.

Close to MOA, great neighborhood! We enjoyed playing pool, board games, and relaxing around the house in the evenings.

Had a great stay in a very convenient location for our business and family trip. House is in a nice neighborhood with lots of walking paths and green spaces. Home is older but with some new upgrades. Large house with plenty of living space and a fenced backyard if you travel with pets. Host was friendly and helpful, always quick to reply.

This was a great house. Easy check in and the house was everything we needed and wanted. Lots to keep the kiddos entertained and everything you could need. Felt like we were at home!

This VRBO was fantastic for our family to hang out at for a Friday/Saturday stay! The house was immaculate, well-furnished with comfy furniture, and having 4 bedrooms was great! The beds were so comfortable! Big screen TV's in at least 3 of the bedrooms and a small one in the twin beds room. We loved the pool/ping pong table game area (also a large TV) , plus a poker/bumper pool table and TV in the basement living room and with 2 different living rooms there was space everywhere to hang out! The kitchen was nicely set up and had what we needed for our short stay. Master bath, full bath and basement 1/2 bath was very nice with 7 of us. Communication with the hosts was great when we had questions. Nice welcome basket too! The location is quiet and easy to find not to mention close to retail stores & restaurants. Conveniently located in the southern end of the Twin Cities. We were all sitting in the upstairs front living room about 10:30 pm and watched a small herd of about 10-12 deer wander through some snowbanks past the house and bed down under a neighbors trees for a couple hours before moving on! So beautiful! We might have spent more time in the basement living room hanging out but it was chillier there and the fireplace wasn't working but that wasn't a big deal. Our stay was really great and we wished we had been able to stay longer! We would stay again! Thanks so much!
