Nice decor.

- You need to leave a deposit. Took 2 weeks to get it. - Need to meet host to get the keys - There are children in the house - room was cold. Heater not efficient

She did not return the deposit and did not respond to messages. I hate the experience as my privacy was at risk, she has issues to ask me about my religious view and she was calling so many times from her number and private numbers. Till now I did not get a refund for £100 deposit and no response from her. I need help from booking team as she also said bad words to me and about the company and she was just wanted to get the deposit

The host is the worst

Very easy

I have been harassed and passed through bullying experience. She mentioned the room need deep cleaning many times and after I left she called me and said bury words, while I was inside I had zero privacy and she was observing me all the time. She changed her words many times just to justify not serving me and told me too May unnecessary things with conflicts as she was in full time job, she can’t come to handover the key and after 5 minutes ahe did the opposite. The main point is ahe just wanted to take the deposit and she said this in the call, she has bullied me and said very unethical words wogich will be legally considered.

The location only, otherwise she is very rude person and she is a rasaiset who bullyed her guests. I don’t recommend her at all and I have a word with the company and legal side for her words to me and too many annoying messages during my stay. She asked about my religion and personal things which should not be asked.

Quiet location. Great wifi with free Netflix access. Great host.

Location was great to walk/ bus to the tube to Wembley. Short drive to lovely restaurants in Northwood and a great pub, The White Bear at Ruislip. Ashia is lovely and met us then respected our privacy. Cute little room, a bit chilly but the heater was good. Fridge, kettle and brewing items provided. Worth the money. Free parking

Teeny bathroom, but we knew that before we arrived. No hairdryer, but its not a hotel. Mattress is a bit old but we slept well!
