Not comfortable with dogs cohabitating with guests. I have a dog allergy and it seems dogs were treated as guests.

the location and property was top knotch

the parking is super convenient and the layout of the hotel is just beautiful. we loved our room. the beach was a ways down but worth it. and our last day was made perfect by lounging by the pool.

breakfast although very good could use more selections.

The location of Portafino can only really be reached by car. The view of the sea and sunset and the crashing waves was incredible by the hotel restaurant.

Our room was located at the top of the house attic, it wasn’t so comfortable and the lights were ghostly dimming as they wished.

There was a bit of pressure on the staff wanting to park my car when I needed some time.

Our children were given separate rooms. We used the balcony in our room together with the next room. Our room door was a common door with the other room. We reported our complaint to the receptionist. Didn't take care of us, didn't change the room

Super location in the center of Camogli with great views. Service with luggage and parking. Large and very good breakfast. Expensive, but the room was not very special, yet adequate.

Breakfast times are regulated. Monday morning there was no need to wait until 10 for breakfast, because there were much less people.

Terrific location with beautiful views. Easy to walk to town for restaurants and the market. Also close to walking paths/stairs for some hikes up to other villages. The pool was heated and had very attentive staff for towels and drinks; also direct access to beach. The room was a good size and we were fortunate to have a lovely balcony with a couple chairs and view of the water. Morning breakfast was a nice set up with typical offerings and very friendly service.

There was a warm welcome from multi-lingual staff. The location next to the beach and overlooking the old town is stunning. Wonderful pool area and private beach. The views from the restaurant are breathtaking.
