At the intersection of Kimball/Scenic and Anderson the location offers easy access to the surrounding areas, with Colbert Hills just down the street that will take you straight to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Colosseum, and NBAF. Anderson will take you straight to Westloop, Kansas State university, and then Aggieville and Scenic provides direct access to the MHK airport and Ft. Riley. Where smoking is allowed outside of a property, dispose of all butts into something safe and place in the exterior trash cans. Do not bring the butts back into the unit to throw away. Parties are not allowed on the property at any time. Our rental is located in a residential area and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We have a strict maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in our listings. Guests who exceed this limit will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking, as we follow our stated cancellation policies. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed noise and occupancy monitors as well as exterior cameras. These devices are intended to detect excessive noise levels, occupancy over the maximum allowed limit, and any unusual activity outside the rental. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited, and guests who do so will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours are between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. unless otherwise stated. Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Guests who bring pets without approval may be asked to leave without a refund. If the unit is listed as no pets, then no pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, what kind of pets and how many are allowed will depend on the property and pet waste needs to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste back into a unit. Arrived at our rental to find issues with the unit. The garage would not open. From inside the unit we opened the connecting door to find a garage without light and it reeked of marijuana smell. We contacted the host immediately. We also found blood stains in living room on lamp, carpet and blinds. Garbage outside on deck area. Other rooms had stains on comforters. We asked for a new unit and were told there was none available. The host said he would send someone to clean the unit. No one came. We contacted the host again and he said there was nothing he would do. We checked out and asked for a refund. The host said there wasn't enough reason for one. We drove 13 hours to this location for a family wedding. We had to find a hotel and check in. We had planned this vacation for months. This was unacceptable and searching for a reason to ever use vrbo again. We would like a full refund for this disaster of a trip.

We stayed with my wife's mother and son's wife and son. Plenty of room. Unit is clean and well kept. Very easy drive to KSU. Our preference for another unit would only be for closer proximity to KSU itself. Otherwise we'll stay here again if circumstances permit. But, not even 10 minutes to campus.
