You'll be a couple blocks south of Bayshore Road, which is lined with shopping, dining, and all sorts of familiar conveniences. When it's time to get out and explore, head to Fort Myers Beach (22 miles south) or the sparkling shores of Sanibel Island (26 miles south). However, you need not leave the property to experience the true beauty of South Florida. Take daily dips in the saltwater pool out back, relax poolside with a good book and a cold drink, and host nightly barbecues on the spacious, shaded patio. Step inside to find a centrally air-conditioned living space that's cool, comfortable, and full of interesting accents. There are two living rooms to choose from, each with its own smart TV to stream your favorite movies. You'll also enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a double oven and a dishwasher) and a dining room with glass doors that slide open to the patio. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom. Other features of the house include a home office where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. Security camera details: There's a Ring doorbell camera, a driveway camera, and a camera for the boat lift. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
