Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à disposition, le personnel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et très propres (comme l’ensemble de l’établissement), très bon restaurant, piscine très propre, salle de sport amplement suffisante, je ne peux que recommander!
Il n’y a que 4 transats au bord de la piscine, sinon il n’y a que quelques chaises… un peu dommage, car ils sont vite occupés.

There was a pool and a restaurant.
The buffet food was not good but the menu food very nice. Only being offered buffet for breakfast. The hotel is on a main busy street with nothing around it. It was noisy right next to the railway. The beach was filthy and covered in litter and plastic. No chairs or umbrellas. Loud music everywhere and repetitive. Not relaxing at all. Had to endure 5 days here due to illness and all we could do was sit in the room or at the pool if we got a bed as there are only 4 available. Changed rooms 3 times due to noise but sadly couldn't wait to leave.

The room was adequate for what we needed. The food was very tasty from the menu but the buffet food was poor. The pool was nice although there is no toilet available and not enough beds and umbrellas. Staff were polite and friendly.
The noise from both sides. We moved 3 times and still we didn't sleep. The railway is directly outside and trains run all through the night tooting constantly. The sea view was horrendous with the same music from the beach and advertising for a festival going all day from 1pm right through till midnight. I didn't like being pushed to have the buffet food when we had paid for menu food. Certainly didn't like being charged 32p in the spa for a bottle of water after spending £65 on massages. Hotel should have money exchange facilities bearing in mind it's in the middle of nowhere and the ATM at the station only works on Indian cards and not international ones.

Très bon accueil personnel charmant et très professionnel. Un grand merci au Sales manager qui a organisé nos visites et notre transfert. Félicitations également pour la pâtissière du Coffee corner, non seulement elle est une excellente pâtissière mais elle est d’une gentillesse et d’une sincérité très touchante, bravo à elle pour son talent. Chambre impeccable, très bon restaurant.
Un détail le café du breakfast est une dosette de nescafe, c’est dommage il y a du bon café au Kerala.

The property is new and just opened in late January 2023. This is reflected in the furniture and fixtures, they are all top class. Rooms are adequately spacious, ours had a balcony overlooking the sea. Air conditioning is top notch. The bathroom and shower are excellent. Location is 100m from the Alleppey public beach.
Staff are excellent all round, pleasant and service is quick and efficient. Restaurant is great, food is very good. Very good gym and very good roof top pool, which can get a little crowded if the hotel is full.
Room service is prompt, tea and coffee available in room, has a mini fridge which was a blessing given that there was no in house bar. Received a Sunday newspaper, which was a nice touch.
Good roof top. It was cool and breezy even though the weather was hot The hotel is still a work in progress, and has the potential to be really good.
The booking.com page mentions that the hotel has a bar and spa. Both are not functional. I would hope that the hotel facilities are updated to reflect this, as it is misleading. We wanted to have an ayurvedic massage and had to go elsewhere. Also had to source our own drinks.
Only one key card to the room provided which seems to be hard-coded to the room. Breakfast was the same on both days, which was a little disappointing. No egg station available, I'm not sure if it could have been ordered, as we didn't ask. Only one type of juice, watermelon was available.

This is a new hotel so they can be forgiven for a few things not being available. Its a beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The room was lovely, gorgeous bedding and super comfy bed. The roof top pool is amazing. The location is fab ! Super helpful staff and great food in the restaurant

The service and hospitality of this hotel is very nice. Each and every staff is so humble and polite. It is very near to the railway station even staff will also help in booking auto or cab. My parents had a great time in this hotel. Thank you

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, are the thing that makes this such a good place to stay. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool & bathing area on the roof top, a good area to chill out & relax. And the food is so delicious. We had the suite and it was a very good value for money.
