The beautiful view and how nice and clean it was!

The location is perfect- walking distance to the beach and flags. Quiet location. The property was very clean and kitchen had all amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Good communication and prompt responses. The bathroom was excellent, clean and modern.

We were handed a bunch of keys, no labels as to which key belonged where. The outside door lock was broken and the inside door was a bit hard to use. The bed in the main bedroom takes up most of the room (small room), there is a fan but it is low for those tall people. One Aircon in the hall only. The spare room was hot (no fan due to bunk beds).

I didn’t spend much time there.

I feel that due to having to go to a different premises to pick up keys that should have been a phone call. We came from out of town and didn’t at any time think that we would be going to another motel to pick up keys. It was late at night and only because of someone else letting us know we’d driven to the right place that we didn’t ring the after hours number. When we finally got the keys we arrived at the building and got inside but unfortunately it didn’t unlock the second room. We called the after hours number and a gentleman came, checked the keys didn’t work then said he was going to get keys but came back again after some time and said he’d worked out what had happened so would have to drive into Bundaberg. After quite some time a lady came and unlocked the room. By this time it was very late and I’d mentioned to the gentleman that I was concerned as we had a very long trip home from there in the morning. We booked for four adults and had bunk beds….I feel this is completely unsatisfactory as my Son is 6’3. Extremely unhappy about this experience and we certainly weren’t there very long as we had to get on the road with a 6.5 hour journey in front of us.

The location is fabulous and the set up is very nice.

2 kids and 2 adults without access to the other bedroom meant mum and dad had to sleep on the sofa bed and there's not anywhere to sit is the sofa is made up when you arrive. Would have much preferred access to the other bed for the kids. Also, having some repellent available on site is almost an essential - as soon as we got out of the car we were eaten alive by sandflies (comes with the great location) - it meant we couldn't sit or eat outside in the evening. Oh and no WiFi is just next level in 2023....

The location was beautiful. Everything was neat and tidy. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and we were greeted with a lovely note and bottle of wine upon arrival. Check in was easy and hassle free.

It was extremely small and the secondary bedroom didn't have any cooling. Because of this, the kids were uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed so they could have access to a fan. Although this place accommodated enough beds for a family, it was just way too tiny. No where for all of us to sit and watch TV with only one small sofa couch. More suited to a couple and be sure to bring the bug spray 😁

The location was perfect. The upstairs unit was perfect for a couple even though it did have a sofa bed available for another couple.

The only thing was no hand rail for the stairs.
