Le domaine est très bien situé, belle vue sur la ville et le pont de Millau. Les chalets sont très bien équipés, confortables, literie parfaite.
Petit déjeuner continental très varié avec des produits de qualité. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.

Breakfast was fine
Lack of wifi in room, please get this sorted. Nowadays this is essential. This could be used to get timings, dinner prices etc…

Room with terrace, swimming pool area, breakfast, location, staff - everything was perfect. We thouhgt we have booked a hotel room, but it was more.

Amazing view from the pool, and lovely view from the cabin of paragliders landing. Very helpful and friendly staff in the reception and pool bar. Everything was clean.
Cabin was comfortable and had shower gel/shampoo and a starter pack for the kitchen (cloth, dish soap, dishwasher tab etc).
I left an item and the staff kindly sent it on to me at my next destination, which was hugely appreciated. Lovely stay.

There are a lot of steps which are tricky to negotiate.

Everything met our needs, staff and food were 1st class. Very good value for money.
The hotel even text to warn us of road closure due to a local race.

Restaurant onsite closed and given name of a restaurant close by which was also closed. We had to travel 3 kms for dinner.

Fits all our needs and expectations. The very friendly lady at reception who spoke English. The dinner staff . One of whom was Gerome a real character who helped with English. We would stay again. Great swimming pool and vista over the bay.

The location is perfect with views of the Parapont landing in the field in front of our chalet. The infinity pool is perfect with plenty of sun loungers available. A super view of the Millau suspension bridge.
There was nothing we found needed better attention

I loved everything, the infinity pool and its view of the
Whole town, the location of my cottage on top of a mountain, the kitchenette the comfortability and cleanliness.
Don’t book this through booking.com. I was promised 6 beds and only got 5 as booking.com doesn’t tell the facility any children they only count adults per bed. And also the fact that booking.com wanted to charge me a cancellation fee as i wasn’t sure i could make the long fee and the hotel stated that they don’t charge anything that its booking.com. Also booking.com charged an extended rate of €213 a night whereas the hotel if booked on the website would’ve charged me €183 per night which i think is a scandal.

Friendly Staff, Nice pool and view
We could't use the restaurant because a group booked the entire place for themselves. Restauration facility should match the number of guests sleeping there.

Pool was great, location was great, views were great, have been to Millau several times and i love the place.
i booked the chalets to be next door to each other and this was confimed on email, however when we checked in they were not together we were told sorry nothing we cannot do anything about it.
Our Chalet was not as clean as i expected and smelt very badly of cigarettes.

The cabins were ok. The restaurant was quite good for breakfast and dinner. The views over the valley to the Millau viaduct were incredible. A short walk to the river and its activities. .
They could have used some form of wasp deterrent on the restaurant exterior, especially in the morning. The cabins didn't have the facility to make tea/coffee

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The views were amazing, especially from the pool.
The room was adequate but small and rather tired. No tea or coffee making facilities which I would have expected for the price. 2* standard for 4* price.

I love this place, it really suits our active family. It is great base for exploring the area.
Missed electric charging for our car and few things in the cabins are getting a little old.

A warm welcome with a treat bag for our dog!
Nothing to do during the day, after breakfast nothing open until 5.30pm
Floor in cabin was very wobbly
Sliding doors in wardrobe & shower keep coming off the tracks, had to fix them

Good location
Chalet was very small, doors didn’t close well. Mini fridge took long time to cool. Pool area was very busy.

Beautiful location with amazing scenery, comfortable bed and clean cabins, a generous breakfast and friendly staff
Fittings a bit cheap and plastic, the pool was too small for the number of guests on site

The view
Lot of flies in the room - no access to the restaurant the evening - noisy air conditioning

In a beautiful city, in an amazing area, there is a hotel with an atmosphere, good reception, a nice restaurant and a great pool
We got a cabin without a view, not to the viaduct and not at all... even though it was explicitly written by the reservation...

The location is really good, with amazing views of the Viaduct from the pool. Very peacefull place.
The house is a little bit smaller for 4 adults and one child, but for stay there two nights it's OK.

This was a good location for us to stay for a couple of nights on our way to Spain. Excellent views of the Millau viaduct and surrounding countryside. Easy access to town for us but we had transport but probably is walkable.
We were told when we arrived that we couldn't eat in the restaurant that night as there was a mass booking for a conference being held. We were told some good places to eat not too far away, in the restaurants in the camping sites down the road, which were sufficient for what we wanted that evening. On our second day we asked if we needed to book a table for the restaurant that evening and were told it would not be available again due to the same conference. This was very disappointing as we were not told when we first arrived and a couple of our party have difficulty walking. We could have been informed about this beforehand by email but I guess that the hotel would not want us to cancel a booking that was made several months beforehand.

Staff very pleasant and helpful.
. ..We were travelling by motorcycle and were looking forward to a drink in the bar and a meal in the restaurant. Told on arrival the restaurant was closed, due to a private booking . Had to get a taxi to get a meal in town. Almost 50 euros for taxi. Not happy. Would not have stayed there if we'd known the restaurant was closed as it's not convenient for other restaurants. Let people know if your restaurant is not going to be available, preferably before they arrive at reception.

location, swimming pool, breakfast, bathroom was ok, bed was goof
we went away for dinner. we had to wait extremely long and there was only chicken. the view was magnificent but the setting was ‘cheap’. (plastic tables etc).
the room is a converted 20ft transport container. Although nice wooding, it remains a container.

great food in the restaurant! not a lot of options but fresh and delicious wich is enough!
