This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning. Due to the narrow staircase/ladder and low headroom, the loft is best suited for children. Please check trail maps and snow reports for current conditions and trail openings. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Great place to stay within walking distance to the slopes in Taos Ski Valley. Well supplied with towels and bedding. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Some of the blinds were broken and could not be opened to see out. Overall a suitable stay.

Great place to stay and ski from. Perfect for my son and me. A friend stayed as well on the fold out in the living room. The mattress was as expected for a fold out so we moved one of the twin mattresses to that room to sleep on.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect for skiing and enjoying everything Taos ski valley has to offer. Condo has lots of space and all the amenities you need.

Went to Taos to spend New Years with family and friends and had a wonderful trip! The location of this condo is so perfect. Very short walk to the ski lifts, shopping, ice skating, sledding and restaurants. The condo was clean and cozy with a lovely wood burning stove. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
