It is two stories and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The living room also includes a queen sofa sleeper. This condo also features a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, snack bar, first floor laundry, a back patio and an in-ground, community outdoor swimming pool which is open seasonally. Not only does this property have all you and your guests need to enjoy yourselves on vacation, but you are within walking distance to everything downtown Fish Creek has to offer. *This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. *Important Property Notes This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. · We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom. · Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests.
