If you would like to enjoy any of the 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, 3 fitness facilities, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, tennis courts or rent a kayak, or boat please give me the first and last name of each guest at least 7 days prior to arrival and I will get you a guest pass at no cost. I can't guarantee guest pass if not requested 7 days prior to arrival. You do not need a guest pass if you are enjoying any of the hiking or biking trails in Bella Vista. Many of the amenities (such as the pools, lakes) in Bella Vista have small fees in order for guests to use them. The parks and trails are always free! A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.
