The security of the place have front gate and then door with code locks. Also the location being so close to Calle Ocho was amazing. Beds were very comfortable.

We used the sofa bed and there was so much mess under it once we pulled it out. Also towels looked old and the spare ones in the cupboard weren’t neat and folded some were messy and looked used. Also the fact there was no fan in the bathroom.

Great value for working during the summer, property owners were very accommodating.

location

the property needs to be more cleaner, walls and doors were a bit dirty. furniture was a bit dusty. one of the sliding doors in a bedroom was completely of no use the handle was broken and was unable to slide it open. a lot of the blinds around the apartment were broken and kept falling off. Management was very helpful with coming up and helping to get tv to work and door to open for us.

Seeing a mango tree in what they called a garden area which was just a empty space, no outside chairs to sit on or table
