The house and location was perfect. The only thing I would change is to add a light to the living room. On our next visit we will book this same property.

This property had everything you would need for a great stay. The host thought of everything. We were greeted by flowers and a basket full of snacks. The garage was converted to game area and backyard fire pit were a hit. The location is perfect near grocery stores, restaurants and the interstate. We would highly recommend this home.

Lovely home from home for us while visiting friends locally. We particularly appreciated the basket of snacks and stock of bottled water after a long drive to get there - that was a really nice touch. The property is great; very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Great neighborhood, accessible to all areas. Great views. Didn’t agree it was wheelchair accessible due to step into front door and shag carpeting. Fresh flowers and snack basket were a nice touch and house had an at home feel

The house was perfectly clean and looks better than the pictures. The owners were very friendly and informative, they even provided a snack basket with goodies for us and my kids. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. The garage was great for playing ping pong, foosball, darts, and cards. The backyard has plenty of seating with beautiful views of the mountain and a gas grill with a full tank of propane and a charcoal grill with charcoal provided. It was perfect for our stay in Rio Rancho and we hope to come back next year.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities required for our stay. It is located in a quiet suburb with a little driving required for shopping/dinning. Our hostess (Miss. Shari) was wonderful. She is extremely conscientious and pleasant to communicate with. She made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable and challenge free. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay with you.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the game room was an added bonus for my 3 kids. The location was perfect for us and close to restaurants and Walmart. The area seemed really safe and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Shari is an amazing host and the communication was great. So many nice touches added by the host that were greatly appreciated. My family had an excellent experience at Rio Rancho! The host, Shari, was very communicative and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable with several personal touches that made us feel as though we were coming home each day. The location was great - it was far enough out of the city to offer privacy and feel very safe, but close enough to make for an easy commute, and there were plenty of stores and things to entertain us nearby. The view of the Sandia Mountains from the house and backyard was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the firepit and barbecue. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay there again ourselves if we travel to Albuquerque again! 😁👍

Our family gathered to celebrate our 40th anniversary by attending the Balloon Fiesta. This was a good location and an easy drive to the park. Kids had room to run and play. Excellent communication between host and guest.

We were traveling from Massachusetts and my parents from Florida. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The Bosque was within walking distance and is a very nice hike. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything else was great.

Great location for us and great amenities. We would suggest replacing the knife set for cutting up food. We like cooking and this would be our only complaint.

We liked this place enough to consider it again if we get back to the area. The property was well kept, and the listing described it fairly well; no surprises. It was unseasonably cool two weeks into monsoon season this year (end of June), and we enjoyed the outdoor area very much, as well as walking in the nearby Willow Creek Trailhead area. Outdoor temps fluctuated a lot during our stay, and the a/c controls were easy to adjust accordingly.
The kitchen had most everything we needed in terms of equipment, but was not stocked with anything to consume other than complimentary coffee beans and tea (which we did not try). Some dishes seemed a bit dusty, but nothing a quick wash/rinse didn't resolve. We cooked almost all our meals, bringing our usual assortment of essentials (spices, condiments, Folger's 1/2 Cafe, etc.) and taking advantage of the nearby Albertson's grocery for everything else.
To contribute to the ongoing discussion about the memory foam beds.... the small bedroom next to the street had a more comfortable bed than the master suite; we didn't try the middle bedroom. We appreciated the clean and comfortable bathrooms.
We looked in vain online, in our emails, and in the home for any directions about how clean to leave the place at checkout, but for our first-time in six years of renting places, we found no such info. Is one supposed to not worry about it? This is something the host should clearly communicate without prompting, especially in light of the high cleaning fee and required deposit. As is our usual pattern, we treat vacation homes like our own and left everything very nice for the cleaner and next user---dishes washed, grill cleaned, furniture as originally found, trash/recycle in provided bins, lights off, a/c set for lower use, beds stripped, towels and sheets piled in laundry room (but no wash started, since there were no provided instructions).

I couldn't ask for anything more. The lights were on for us when we arrived late in the evening. The door lock was straightforward. There were supplies for coffee, plentiful towels, and easy check-out duties. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice well appointed home. Nicely furnished and comfortable living room. We agree with the previous comment that the beds are very firm.
Beautiful huge back yard with cool entertainment areas.
The garage is not for parking but is outfitted with a fun games room . We would definitely return

With what we had planned on our visit to Albuquerque this house ended up being perfect for us. Minutes to the main highways. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The place was clean, spacious and a very quiet neighborhood. Nice back patio to relax after a long day of activities. Never got a chance to use the game room :-( but a great option.

Rancho de Sol in Rio Rancho was our destination for Christmas. The three bedroom home was comfortable and inviting with a well equipped kitchen where we were able to bake Christmas cookies with our grandkids. Beds were firm but the whole family found them very comfortable. We were very satisfied with our 10 day stay. The garage has a ping pong table and foozball table where we challenged each other to a ping pong tournament. Even Grandma and Grandpa. We had a quick response to any questions about the property. Definitely hope to stay here again.

I visited during the Balloon Festival and was here with my brother, my cousin and my 79 year old aunt....this trip was for her as seeing the balloons was something she has always wanted to do. The house was perfect! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, house was well-equipped, comfortable and clean. An easy drive to downtown Albuquerque via the freeway. We took a day trip to Santa Fe and my cousin and I did some hiking in the hills nearby. The back patio was fantastic and we spent many a morning and evening there enjoying the beautiful weather. My aunt was also pleasantly surprised to find out we could see the balloons each morning from the patio as well. The beds were quite comfy and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint was the lack of a non-stick pan which made cooking eggs and other things a bit difficult. We purchased one from the local Walmart and left it as a gift to future visitors :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Rancho de Sol was actually better than expected. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house has a beautiful backyard with a view of the Sandia Mountains. The sunrises were spectacular and we were also lucky to see the full moon over the mountains. There were many lovely inspirational plaques throughout the house. The host was also very responsive to our questions about the TV. The home is conveniently located near a grocery store, the Bosque Brew Pub and many other businesses in a newly developed area, but it is also in a quiet neighborhood. There is a park with trails nearby that was great for the runner in our family. The game room was very fun, but it should be noted that it is actually in a garage which may get hot in the summer months. Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay at the lovely Ranch of the sun!
