It features a pool, spa, ample indoor and outdoor space, two expansive decks, and a vast modern kitchen. With six bedrooms, including a bunk room, it’s well-suited for families with children. It’s located just minutes from shops, restaurants, walking trails to the ocean, and many of the north shore's most beautiful beaches. 5 night minimum booking required 10% non-refundable, 90% refundable outside 90 days. No refunds within 90 days of arrival. Stay was beyond amazing . The house was perfect for our 3 families and plenty of space. The pool and location made everything perfect. Communication with the host from day of booking was perfect and easy. Definitely will stay here again

We had the perfect place at Ke'alohi Wai for our family if 13. Great layout with plenty of room for all. Very clean and having a pool and hot tub made for a fun and relaxing

Loved our stay here. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the walking trail on the golf course right behind the house. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Every room has a bathroom which was a game changer. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating to requests. Would highly recommend!

The home is nestled in Princeville, a quiet, luxury neighborhood on the North Shore. The home’s setup was perfect for our large group. Most of the rooms have their own bathroom, so everyone had enough space.
If you plan to do a number of boat or helicopter tours, it’s likely best to stay down south, unless you like to drive 45-60 mins each way. This is my second time on the island and I last stayed down south in Poipu. However, staying near Hanalei Bay makes the North Shore worth it.
If this home is available, go for it! I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at the large house in Princeville. It was exactly as listed! The check in process was easy; the house and property were clean and the communication between the staff and us was supreme! Thank you for the recommendations for activities and restaurants. We had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely home. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen is spacious and had full accommodations. There is access to Queens bath and Hideaway beach in the neighborhood and Hanalei bay (close by) was the perfect place for new surfers. We rented surf boards and snorkel gear through the home which were delivered upon our arrival. The property manager was courteous, respectful, and responded promptly. Would stay here again.

The house is nice, feels private once you enter the gate, and is well kept. But it's terribly hot without air conditioning. Several of our group were used to AC, and got so hot throughout the night, they were barely able to sleep through the night. Particularly in the downstairs bedrooms, where they felt uncomfortable sleeping with the slider door open for ventilation, due to feeling vulnerable of not having a locked door.

Went with family- great celebration. Loved the house- huge kitchen, fully stocked. Great pool and outdoor shower. Rooms were great- kids used the bunk beds. Eating out back with a great view every night was the highlight.

We had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean and comfortable and accommodated our large group easily. Close to many things with a beautiful view of the golf course. The garage had everything we needed for an awesome beach day and then we loved coming home to the pool and hot tub. We were a little worried about not having AC, but there are tons of windows and doors with screens and lots of fans so the house stayed nice and cool for us. Definitely recommend this house!
