Cozy amd plenty pf room

I decided to go with this place because my sister stayed here before and she enjoyed her stay and said it was clean. This time the place wasn't clean, the floor was dirty and sticky by the end of our day the bottom of our feet/socks turned black. The bathroom door upstair wouldn't closed all the way. Check in process was fast and simple.The location was near to all the places we need to go.

This home accommodated our large family perfectly! Check in and check out process was easy and simple. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and the kitchen was well stocked with enough large pots and pans for my big family. The property felt like home and we’d be happy to book again!

This property listing looks very nice on pictures. But let me tell you it’s not what we checked into. Walking in the house it smells, it’s full of dust, carpets are stained and it has broken baseboards being held on by tape. The dish washer does not turn on, and the laundry dryer door must be closed with tape in order for the dryer to stay on. The bedroom with the two beds is actually in the garage, and the listing did not mentioned this. The beds in that room are bunk beds and are super flimsy and noisy. The garage is full of broken chairs. The living room/dinning room light switches are not wired properly so in order to have the fans on you must have the lights on. After checking in I spoke with the property manager. He was extremely rude and tried to intimidate me by saying he could also write a bad review on me as a customer after raising my concerns about the house. The garage must be accessed by a very tight alley way, which made it hard to get in and out. The garage code was not provided which meant someone would have to get dropped off in the front in order to open the garage door through the inside.

I booked the house because it advertised 4 BR w/ one having two queen beds. Welp, the 4th BR was in the garage and while it had two beds, they were bunkbeds. The room had a strong musty smell and only a portable A/C. The listing mentions all the beds but there are NO photos of the garage bedroom. I definitely wouldn't have booked this home if I had seen the photo, The only fully equipped room was the kitchen. Only 1 BR had a lamp and nightstand, while the others had no lamps and/or nightstands. The lamp in the den was broken. The bathrooms had no towel racks or hooks. The dryer was held together by tape. I messaged the owner 3 times asking for at least one lamp and I never received a response.
