In the evenings make memories with friends and family in the hot tub, sitting at the fire pit, laughing around the designated board game table, or in the basement playing ping pong, putt putt, retro video games, and darts! The open layout of the main living space is perfect for spending quality time together, and has an inviting atmosphere that will feel good to spend time in. The back deck and yard are spacious, with a private hot tub, pool, and fire pit! With 3 bedrooms, each having a queen bed, this home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with an additional sleeping arrangement (futon) in the furnished basement. At the end of the day enjoy watching your favorite streaming platforms on any of the three Smart TVs. Guest Access: You will have full access to the property and it's amenities. The Neighborhood: Located only a mile from Downtown Black Mountain in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is in a great spot! Lake Tomahawk is .2 miles away. On the way you'll pass by tennis courts, basketball courts, and a sports field. A short 20 minute walk will take you right into downtown Black Mountain with its many top restaurants, local breweries, and coffee shops! Getting Around: There is plenty to do within walking distance, but you will likely want to have your own form of transportation. Other Things to Note: Hot Tub available year round (pictures coming soon) and the pool will be available to enjoy during the summer months! Futon available in basement with bedding provided. We allow up to two pets per stay! We will charge an additional fee of $150 per pet. Interaction with Guests: I am available via message through the site and will provide my phone number once the reservation is confirmed! You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.
