We had a magical 6 nights staying in Bob and Laura’s home!!! This home was the most well appointed vacation rental we’ve ever had - they’ve included every creature comfort you need! Beautifully furnished and fantastic layout for any family. The beds were very comfortable and it was close to all the restaurants and shops - completely walkable. We hope to come back soon! The house was modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean! We were impressed with the quality of the home, decor, furniture and appliances. We loved being right on the river and within walking distance to all the shops. A couple of heads up/ things to be prepared for; we wish access to the river was easier, some steps or a path. The beds are FIRM, which is great if you are used to that but we are all soft bed people. We all wishes there were more/better pillows and the oven is a bit tricky to use. We think a manual for how to use the oven would’ve been extremely helpful. Over all, five stars and we hope to stay here again, next year!

Very clean and “as advertised” house in downtown Salida, on the River, and walking distance to everything. Great communication with the Property Manager. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful river location and new, clean, modern home.

This was a wonderful home to enjoy some special time with three generations. Well located with easy access to downtown, the back deck provided the best setting for family meals and card games. Several family members also took full advantage of the river, by fishing and wading. The home is new and stunning. The owners have thought of everything you need to enjoy your visit.

I can still hear the gloriously relaxing and invigorating sound of the river! Clean. Well appointed, but not cluttered. Excellent location. When not at wedding activities, we spent all our time enjoying the large, comfortable terrace, which overlooks the river. We would definitely return for a longer stay!
