Beautiful Railay Sunset with a lovely cocktail

The location of the hotel was perfect, just in front of the beach and it was very easy to access to a long-tail boat that brings us to Ao Nang beach. Our condo was not located behind the main street of Railay, so it was quieter at night. There was a very nice cocktail bar just next to the hotel and they even serve their cocktails to the hotel guest if you would like to stay at hotel area where it has a beautiful view of the beach, especially at the time of sunset.

The hotel was a bit old, so there were some parts of rusted metal coming out when we used the jacuzzi. The beach towls had some stains and we did not want to use them.

Peut mieux faire

Bungalow avec jacuzzi agréable, au calme, rue commerçante avec restaurant et boutique très proche de l'hôtel. Petit dej vue mer... Piscines agréables, A 15 mns, à pied, de l'hôtel une plage beaucoup plus calme, très jolie et agréable à condition de venir très tôt le matin.

Manque de poubelles tout le long de la plage donc les touristes (plutôt que de les prendre avec eux ou de faire quelques mètres) laissent les déchets le long des murets des hôtels en attendant que le personnel s'en occupe, Lieu de stationnement des long boat pour les départs d'excursions sur une bonne partie de la plage donc assez bruyant, Pas de transats, pas beaucoup d'ombre (il faut trouver la bonne place et la garder), pas d'activité (beach volley ou foot, jeux divers...)

Railay is a ”must visit” beach in Thailand

This Hotel is very close to the beach and main street. Railay is a very nice place to stay for a few days. Clean and comfortable.

Pool access rooms are a bit far away from the beach and breakfast restaurant. Choose a Villa to be closer to the beach, you can swim in the ocean :)

Un séjour magnifique à Railay

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et très propre. La plage accessible depuis l’hôtel est magnifique et la rue commerçante est juste à côté de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif.

Railay als locatie super!

Locatie was tof, en park heel netjes onderhouden, huisjes aan zwembad was ook fijn!

De kwaliteit en bediening van het restaurant. Ontbijt was in principe goed, maar medewerkers ongeinteresseerd. En een keer daar lunch gedaan, prijs/kwaliteit daarvan heel slecht! Pas op voor apen op je veranda!

Great location by the beach! Loved the bungalow suite room and giant spa bath sunken into the floor.

Really nice little bungalows as individual rooms with large spa baths and a separate bathroom.

Breakfast was average and tv could do with being upgraded in the room.

Super Lage und toller Garten!

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Frühstück war gut. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Sogar der Strand wird jeden Morgen liebevoll gereinigt.

Leider kann man das über die Zimmer nicht sagen. Es ist nicht sauber. Gereinigt wird auch nicht. Es wird lediglich das Bett gemacht. Weder gefegt noch im Bad sauber gemacht. Schade sonst wäre die Unterkunft wirklich perfekt.

Paradise

We had room at the pool and it was a perfect choice. The whole area is beautiful and location is perfect. Good breakfasts on the beach, beach towels, every day cleaning, supplies with water, wonderful pool, good restaurant also for dinner/lunch. We had airport transport provided by the hotel and I highly recommend that. Staff very nice. Rooms are huge and very private. I was positively surprised by everything. And the Railay Beach and other nearby beaches are just stunning.

Maybe better light in the bathroom would be fine😀

Underwhelming

The location was the best thing about this place, but they utilized their entire "view" space with an overpriced restaurant instead of putting some beach chairs there for guests

The pool was grimy and dirty, the breakfast wasn't good, the pool chairs were dirty, and the area with a view was completely taken over by their overpriced restaurant.

fantasy meets reality

unique place adding to the whole ambiance to the island. Staff were great, great check in. just nothing to complain about.

the key is too weird, it took a day to get used to getting in in under 60 seconds.

Perfect location, reasonably priced, excellent service!

Location is perfect! Both Pools are nicely located and maintained. Breakfast alfresco on the beach is a fantastic experience (the food is also good) 😊 The staff are very accommodating for special requests 😊

Amazing stay!

I loved the amazing location. We were steps from the beach and the main "Tourist strip". I also like the design of the bungalows/houses. They appear like thatched roof huts but are actually plaster underneath which helps keep insects out. We opted for the hotel arranged transportation and highly recommend it since it was so efficient! On another day we chose an excursion (not organized by the hotel) and on the public boat return, were rerouted to a different dock/bus.. Also, it was great hearing frogs in the evening and seeing monkeys in the tree tops.

The location on Railay West beach is beautiful and convenient, cute coffee shop and our room was very beautiful.

we were told we would be met by a concierge to help us with our luggage and he was nowhere in sight, and when we left we asked for help with our luggage and were told yes, but he was too slow so we walked to the pier with our luggage so we wouldnt miss our boat. Maybe get one more luggage cart? Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Pool was tucked way at the back, the one by the ocean looked a little to green with algae for swimming.

Great place to stay & relax if you dont care about the water pressure & slow internet wifi.

The location is great just a walk to the beach and the "lively" area of the island full of eateries, bars & massage place. Roo is spacious. Swimming pool is great too.

The room is a lil bit dated, water pressure is a little slow. And wifi internet is slow too.
