Everything was super good , property manager is very good at communicating as well . I would recommend this 💯

Place was clean, small but cozy parking is limited

I recently booked this house for my parents and sister. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, with a nearby park and walking areas that made their stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was well-equipped with everything they needed to make their stay comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat.

We spent 2 nights at the townhouse while in town for a wedding. Townhouse in older complex & has been renovated and is pretty cute. Unit very clean. Limited seating ( I think 4 adults max) and not enough lamps. Kitchen cabinet over sink would not stay shut. Biggest issues were: 1-little kitchen equip utensils for 4, etc & supplies (no trash bags or can, supply roll of toilet paper (had 2 half rolls only), dishwasher detergent, paper towels) - we had to go to get these. Later owner replied and had cleaners drop by a roll of toilet paper & paper towels and single package of detergent. (It was later at night after we had things & gone to bed - believe it may have been a cleaners issue). 2- parking was a bit confusing. We had 2 cars and had process to register for 1 numbered space in the lot. That was great. However, other parking was confusing and was hard to understand in messaging with owner. To clarify, there are non-marked spaces in the center of the lot, but apparently there is likelihood of being towed if parked there. Have to walk out of the complex and park on the street in very limited space. We would have registered the car with the car seat for baby had we known that, but had already registered other one when we found out. There was not a process to switch. We used all 3 bedrooms and didn't have problem using the bathroom upstairs. Beds were comfortable and bedding was fine. Powder room on first floor for extra sink. Messaging with owner was delayed a bit but ok.

Spacious, efficient-living. Nice and comfortable. Great tv and entertainment center. Instructions were detailed and accurate. Host was helpful and available. Will return!

The owner listed the unit as a “luxury townhouse”. This was certainly not a luxury townhome. But even besides that, one week before my stay, that was booked over two months in advance and paid for, I received a message from the owner, requesting me to leave a day early or pay more than the initially agreed-upon price. When I declined this, he recommended I cancel my booking now two days before I was supposed to arrive with my children. I ultimately paid the extra money, but still left a day early because of the lack of utensils in the kitchen. There were plates, coffee mugs, 1 pan, a broken single use coffee pot, and knives, but no other utensils to properly make a meal. It is obvious that the unit was dilapidated and then given a low level makeover with paint new carpet, and some flimsy furniture from Walmart. The couch was a futon that was broken and the back would not sit up. My sons and I made the most of it by eating out and using the home primarily to sleep in and use the one bathroom for the three bedroom unit. Will not be rent this unit again and super dissatisfied with the scam of 50% more money requested at the last minute. VRBO should not allow these bad business practices to happen.

The WiFi was a bit slow and had to be downstairs close to the WiFi box to be connected and some of the dishes were a bit dirty but other than that it was an amazing stay and the house was wonderful.

Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. I’d stay again.
