Situated in Corvallis, this lovely house for R 3,052 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beautiful and newly remodeled, now with AC! With a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from OSU campus this is the perfect spot for visiting the university or taking a trip to see the charming town of Corvallis. With 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful living space for everyone, this home is a beautiful sanctuary for large families or groups of friends. Located on two floors with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, the general living area with an additional bathroom, 2 bedrooms, gourmet chef's kitchen, and laundry room are on the main floor. With a private fully fenced-in backyard and deck, you can be in the middle of the action while keeping your complete privacy. Guests have access to the entire property except the detached garage. May make full use of the driveway or any available on street parking. Please note the city does ticket cars parked on the street blocking in ANY way driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants. Walking is the easiest way to get around this neighborhood, and the house is close enough to campus to walk so as to avoid the hassle of parking. A public bus also runs less than a block away. Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. - NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. - Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: •Do NOT invite them onto the furniture so we can keep it in great condition for all who are to come! •DO NOT allow them into the bedrooms. Keeping the doors closed will make this easy. We just replaced the carpets in many locations and want to keep them fresh and pet smell free. •We encourage you to bring your pets favorite bedding and blankets to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! •Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. •Let me know if you do not have extra bedding for them, I will provide it to you. •The bathroom tub or showers are for humans only. •When taking your pet out to the bathroom, please pick up after them. Other guests will greatly appreciate your taking responsibility for this. •Lastly, please do NOT Leave them alone unkenneled. We offer Rover service , if you are going to be gone and cannot take your animal or kennel them. Let us know and we can arrange it! There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), a $120 per week per pet fee for all cats (no longer than 2 weeks please)- crating them is required. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. *Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.

My extended family enjoyed our stay in this property for a family member's wedding weekend. The property was spacious, well appointed, and very easy to live in for our stay. Having Fred Meyer grocery store across the street was so convenient for our group too. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and even brought over extra towels. Check in and check out were super easy! Don't sleep on this property! It is fantastic!

House was great! Beds were super comfy! Right across the street from Fred Myer!! Plenty of parking both in driveway and street. Only issue we had was for a place that sleeps so many…the seating area in the living room lacked places to sit comfortably. Suggestion would be to get a sectional couch to seat more. Otherwise, it was a great place!

The house is lovely with comfy beds. Host was responsive and very helpful. One mile from the university for those wanting to visit the OSU campus. The kitchen was well stocked and amenities were nice. Also walking distance to Fred Meyer. We would highly recommend and are looking forward to our next stay here.

This is a well located property that was perfect for getting our OSU student back and situated at school. Close to campus and retail amenities. Owner is very responsive and helpful with access codes and other needs. Property is good for a family group with varying ages. No central AC but wall units are sufficient and fans help on warm days. Lovely exterior sitting area and front porch. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Great to have washer and 2 dryers! Only issue was with some windows that were lacking screens or had minor issues but notified Owner and certain they will be addressed.

Overall the property met our needs really well. It was clean and comfortable. The few suggestions we had are regarding more than 4 guests. We had 6 adults and we only had 4 dining room chairs. We ended up bringing in the 2 porch chairs to accommodate meal time. The rooms upstairs need some hangers in the closets and I would suggest some additional mirrors other than the bathroom. This would help getting hairs styled or dressing when other people occupy the bathroom. My husband and I used the nice large room upstairs but this room could use a few hooks for robes or clothes on the walls. We did also have a parking issue with our large pickup truck because other people parked in front of the house. I realize this probably can't be avoided and we were able to park diagonally in the driveway. We would consider renting again in the future. Thank you.

If you are looking for a basic place to stay this works. It’s across the street from a grocery store which was convenient. The host was quick to respond when the door lock wouldn’t work.
