Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street. Must be 21 years of age or older with valid credit card to book, and valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hrs. a day. Please be respectful of the guests before and after you by adhering to published check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 10:00 a.m. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
