Located in Port Hueneme, this lovely house for R 6,939 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: Ready for the ultimate beach vacation? -Gated Community with Community pool and Hot Tub in "back yard" -Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix and streaming -Beach 2 minute walk across street -Beach chairs, towels, Cooler & boogie boards! -Fenced in back patio area and front balcony -Queen beds in bedrooms and extra floor mattresses in closet -1500 sq ft inside the upstairs unit -Parking in driveway/garage for 2 cars, more street parking outside gate area The Space: The space guests have access to is the upstairs portion of the duplex along with the garage, back patio, pool area, and the driveway of the house. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with views of the Pacific Ocean from the front porch. The living space is open concept and makes spending time together as a group easy and fun. We offer Beach chairs, bikes for getting around and some boogie boards too! Walk through the back yard to the gated pool area and enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub. There is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance occupied by a female tenant - there is no shared space except for the front gate and trash area. Guest Access: Guests have access to the main upstairs portion of the house, the garage, the back deck area, the gated pool area parking in the driveway. There is a small downstairs portion of the house that is not accessible from either side. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is a small gated Community right across the street from Port Hueneme Beach Park and Hueneme Wharf Plaza. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great. Getting Around: If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use the Bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. There are tons of restaurants and activities in close proximity but driving is recommended. Other Things to Note: We are in a very quiet luxury gated community by the beach with an HOA; Neighbors will complain if there's excess noise. If there are disturbances we may have to charge a fee. There are outside cameras and inside there are noise decibel monitors to make sure there are no major disturbances. If you throw a party we may have to kick you out immediately. There is a separate downstairs unit with a separate entrance occupied by a female tenant - there is no shared space except for the front gate and trash area. Interaction with Guests: I am here for you during our stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

It mire than exceeded what we had seen in the pictures & the write up!! The beach was just a leisurely stroll away! We had all the pots & pans, etc. to spend one day creating an amazing meal for both of us!! Thank you Austin. Next time we come for anything LA related we will be so happy to stay here again!

Our family of six spent almost a week in Port Hueneme. The condo and pool area were beautiful, comfortable and well-kept. We spent a couple days just enjoying the pool and hot tub, biking around the neighborhood, and cooking in the well furnished kitchen. The weather was gloomy this summer for much beach time but it access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk. The condo was also an excellent launching point for day trips to Santa Barbara and a boat ride to the Channel Islands.

We loved our stay! Comfortable beds and living area, spacious bathrooms, beautiful, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, as well as a quiet neighborhood with a few minutes walk to the beach. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. 5 stars!!

They property was just as detailed in the listing. The bedrooms were roomy and had large closet. The shower in the master was huge and the fireplace in the master a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The walk along the beach was icing on the cake

We loved everything about this property. Austin is a great host. He helped us with a couple of glitches and was very attentive! The apartment has been completely updated with high end everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is located just outside of the primary bedroom patio and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is quiet and safe and really, just a great place to stay and enjoy the agricultural and beach areas.

We have never rented a house through VRBO before. We were pleasantly surprised at all the great accommodations. Felt like a home away from home. We cooked, we did our dishes, and felt very at home there. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great.
