Located in Lake Lyndon B Johnson, this lovely house for R 7,420 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy the open water constant level Lake LBJ, with beautiful lake views from all 3 levels of our lovely townhouse. Ample space with 3 bedrooms plus 4 full baths. The split level design opens with living, dining and kitchen on mid-level with a full bath, sofa and a 65” flat screen TV; 2 bedroom suites upstairs each with a full bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a huge window with lake view and king-sized bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed and full bath. The bottom floor has a full over full bunk bed and a pull-out couch, full bathroom as well as a wet bar with an icemaker and mini fridge. Linens/towels provided. Standard coffee maker available (for coffee grounds). Lots of outdoor space to enjoy! Patio off the main floor has a dining table and new commercial stainless BBQ grill. The boat deck is oversized with a private boat slip conveniently accessed from the downstairs bedroom. Perfect for relaxing with your fishing pole. Non-Smoking - Please no smoking or any fire products in our home. Kick back and enjoy your drink while overlooking the lake, the Horseshoe Bay lighthouse and Yacht Club. Short walking distance to The Waters, the Yacht Club, and the Marina. *Access to the resort Golf Courses, Yacht Club and Resort amenities are NOT INCLUDED. Horseshoe Bay Membership or Special Event May Be Required for Those Privileges.* About 45 minutes from San Antonio and 1 hour from Austin. 30-minutes from Hill Country Galleria shopping, 5 minutes to a General Store, and only 10 minutes to Marble Falls and many restaurants and stores. LOCAL ACTIVITIES ON THE WATER Water activities include boating, water skiing, fishing, wake boarding, sailing, and tubing. Nearby Lake LBJ Marina and other companies offer party boats, jet skis, and wave runners for rent. Public boat launch is short drive away. (*We do not provide any watercraft with our home rental. You must either bring your own watercraft or arrange for your own rentals.) GOLF Horseshoe Bay has three of the finest golf courses in Texas along with the spectacular Whitewater putting course, a truly one-of-a-kind course. (*Horseshoe Bay Golf courses and Whitewater putting course usually requires resort membership for access, which is not included. Several other public golf courses are available near the area. ) WINERIES Popular wine tours - the Texas wine trail is a fun experience for many tourists. Local stores also carry the local wines for you to enjoy. WALKING/HIKING/YOGA/CASUAL SPORT There is gorgeous scenery in the local resort campus with plenty of areas to walk, bike, do yoga, throw a football, and exercise. Ample outdoor space for kids and families to safely play. WEDDING PARTIES If you are attending a wedding at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, our home is the perfect place to stay. It is just a few minutes walking distance to the main hotel (and shuttles are usually also available) and only about 2 minutes walking distance to the Yacht Club where many wedding events are held. The townhouse comfortably accommodates family or friends who want to fully enjoy their stay, have an ideal place to dress, and convenient access to the wedding and reception.

Check in process was easy, condo is clean but need a lot of maintenance The master suite shower & the next room shower both are not working, reported it & it wasn’t fixed during our stay and the owner give my tel# as a contact with the plumber which they kept calling me instead of him & interrupt me in my vacation & after. the owner didn't even issue us a partial refund to compensate us for the inconvenience. All TVs are out of date which bummed the kids especially during holidays they wanna it to do a movie night but TV downstairs is broken & TV in the main living is too old. Power went out for 2-3 hours & there was no back up or any torch light for us to use. Also reported it. The grill outside wasn’t cleaned & I had to clean it from dirt & bugs which was so nasty. He took $200 clean fee I expected to receive everything is ready to go.

We loved this condo. Had everything we needed and best views. Our kids loved the room with the bunk beds. Lots of bugs on the bottom patio but overall wonderful stay!

We loved staying at this lakefront condo. It is well-decorated, has beautiful views of the open water of Horseshoe Bay and has ample sleeping and indoor/outdoor hang-out space. We slept a group of 7 very comfortably. I highly recommend it for a fun getaway to Horseshoe Bay! It’s an easy walk to all that Horseshoe Bay has to offer and an easy 8-minute drive to Marble Falls.

The property was exactly as described. We loved that we could swim, float, etc. right off of the doc. We had our sea-doo as well so it was the perfect location for pulling the kids out on the tube. We will definitely be back!

Check in and booking were super easy and Ryan was super responsive. We loved the outdoor patio, grill, paddle board and lily pad. The curtains downstairs were on the floor the bracket looks like it broke at some point, but other than that everything was great!

We had a fantastic time at this lakeside retreat. Our host Ryan was responsive, considerate, and checked in w us a few times which was appreciated. It was in a nice area where we felt very safe. The pictures fairly represent the place which is very important in my opinion. This is the kind of place you hope for on VRBO. We’ll stay again!
