The backyard with firepit and outdoor dining area is private, and the lawn area is ideal for children to enjoy. How is the property laid out? The driveway can be accessed through the gates. The front door is located on the west-facing front verandah. Once inside, there are two generously sized queen bedrooms on either side of the hallway. The modern bathroom with deep bath and a shower is located near these two bedrooms. In the middle of the house is the modern kitchen and lounge room with ample room for guests. Open the sliding door in the lounge room to access a private deck area with dining table. There is double bedroom located off the lounge room area. Toward the back of the house is the cosy dining room and an additional room with seating, piano and guitar for guests' use.
