Kitchen and dining service has a scope to improve. Little bit lagging comparing to Meritas other properties. Please look in the matter so you could be at a expecting Mark. All our best.

The restaurant was really good, especially the live counter for morning breakfast. The room was decently sized, with a small but nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

There is only one real issue to mention: the hot water in the bathroom wasn't adequately warm. Even after informing them multiple times, the issue didn't get fixed. On the day of checkout, we were informed that the problem was persistent and was observed in all the rooms, not just ours, and it might take longer to fix. Hopefully, they have taken care of it.

The villa concept is excellent.

The stay was exceptional. Our vacation was quite relaxing.

Cleanliness and ambience

Location and pool timing was only till 7pm

I liked that they had ensuite bedrooms in the bungalow, room service, private pool and a big swimming pool.

The booking was quite difficult with the hotel stressing me about getting 50% in advance. Also the hotel could organise more activities: walks, yoga, etc.

The property is good , the weather was awesome , hygiene and cleanliness was intact .

The check in was awful ,we had 2 rooms booked , had to wait for more than 1.5 hour , we got the room only by 1.30 noon , at the check in counter we were asked to pay full balance only after which we were allotted rooms though we had paid in advance for 1 room full amount and 2nd room half amount , even at the Restaurant for dinner Food bill Service charges were levied and after objecting it took them an hour to handover and we were still at the restaurant . For check out the manager was insisting that we strictly move out by 11 am , though we were allotted the rooms late . Highly disappointed in this part , the fun of a holiday was totally ruined . Overall the property in very good
