The location of this complex is only a short 1.5 miles away from the heart of Siesta Key Village. Leave your car parked in the shade and take one of several free rides offered where you tip for appreciation. Visit the many great shops to purchase beach wear or high-end clothing. Walk down the sidewalk and scour for many great restaurants to choose from or grab a hot donut at our local Meaney's Mini Donut stand. If homemade ice cream or gelato is your thing, stop at Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream or choose Big Olaf's Amish homemade fare. It's all at your fingertips if you stay in our villa at Jamaica Royale. Easy and convenient keyless lock system installed. Enter into the modern, full kitchen with stainless appliances, white/gray solid stone counters, new white cabinets stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans plus small appliances like coffee maker, blender etc. No food items are included. The kitchen is open into the living room with new furnishings including a quality, leather sofa sleeper for two. The living room has a new Hisense Smart TV that includes cable. Off the living room are sliding doors to the open back patio with a dining table & umbrella for 4. Stacked w/d inside the hallway closet. The bedroom has two queen beds, cable TV with a closet and two dressers to neatly put away your new summer clothes. The bathroom is updated and modern with a tiled shower and tub. This unit is in the single story section with covered parking in the front and near the entrance. Garden views from the living room & lanai. Located near the entrance with shuffleboard only a few steps away as well as one of the 3 swimming pools very close by. The complex is in the process of adding a fence and gate to be done in the near future. Starting in early Aug or Sept. 2024 asphalt repair work will happen. March 2024 Two new BBQ grills will be added (two temporary grills available to use). We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. It was well maintained. People were very friendly and our unit was updated. Our unit was one of the farthest from the beach but still walkable. We would stay there again.

I had a wonderful time at this property. The place was nicely renovated and had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the free service where they take you to the airport and back, which saved me a lot of hassle and money. Next time I visit siesta key, I would stay in this exact same unit. I've been here twice now and go with a group of tennis buddies and my unit by far was the **nicest one**. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in siesta key.

Unit was extremely clean! Appreciated all the clean towels/beach towels. Also, very stylish and pleasant! Had everything we needed. Beds & pillows very comfy!! Great water pressure! Would 100% stay here again.

Loved this cute place! My daughter and I spent 7 days here! 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the pool! It was clean and perfect location to the beach, restaurants and activities. I will absolutely book again! Zero complaints

a lot of dishes many children's toys for the beach few people on the private beach there is a sunbed parking for a car near the entrance door clean backyard with pools - purity 85/100 - every morning you need to move the sunbed from the hotel to the ocean - the door code was changed two hours before your departure from the hotel (on the last day, after a morning walk, I could not enter the room because the code was changed)

Broken blinds, broken HVAC thermostat display, no ventilation in bathroom, and the advertised washer/dryer unit was totally inept and too old to handle 1 load of clothes well.

This property is unique in a very good way. Retro, but updated and very well cared for. Our unit was very nicely appointed. I had occasion to meet the owner. He was fun and kind. Would definitely stay at one of his properties again. The only drawback was the distance to the ocean. Typically, that wouldn't an issue, but I'm in a walking boot so it was a bit cumbersome.

Property was very nicely maintained, grounds are beautiful, very clean. We did like being able to get our own chairs for the beach without a charge. The condo was beautiful as well. Liked the patio area outside. Could have provided more toilet paper - this is not a big cost. Same with paper towels, we felt that this was a bit cheap. Also a review card was left for us to fill out but there was not a pen to be found. Although the kitchen was well stocked with everything. Liked having the pool towels to use. It would be so nice to be able to lock n unlock the patio doors so you don’t have to always go around, just a suggestion if it would be possible to do. All in all a very nice place to stay and would recommend it.

We had a great time! The property is right on siesta beach, you just have to walk right out your door and down the sidewalk. The place was clean and updated. The property managers were easy to talk to as well. 10/10.
