Very nice and very clean. Close to old town Arvada. Westminster and Denver. Living area is great. I would book it again.

One of the cleanest and well stocked VRBO/Air BNB's we have stayed in. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking things you could need. All were in good condition and plenty of dishes. Everything worked well. Owner was super nice and very quick with communication. Great location for the Arvada/Denver Area. Only advice bring Shopping bags!
